I found a good price online but when I booked it, it didn’t go through at that price. So I asked the desk clerk and she told me to cancel the reservation. Then she told me it was too late to cancel. So keep in mind I’m paying top dollar for the room for two nights. Hotel key card didn’t work so I had to go back to the front desk for another one. The shower head was like a sink faucet. Nearly impossible to wash and rinse my hair. There was a tremendous amount of water running down behind the shower head. Very wasteful. The next morning I notified the hotel clerk about the shower head and requested housekeeping. We returned that evening. Key card didn’t work again so I had to make another trip to the desk for that. I settled in to watch some TV but there was no remote. So top dollar price for the room but I can’t even watch the TV. The next morning I realized that Housekeeping consisted of making the bed and emptying the trash. They did not supply new washcloths, towels, or toiletries so I had to go to the front desk to ask for more. I am attaching a picture of one of the towels. Remember, I paid top dollar for this room. My maintenance request had been ignored and I had to take another lousy shower with little water pressure and lots of wasted water. Breakfast was grab and go but you have to go back to your room if you want to cook the oatmeal or heat the breakfast sandwich. The second floor REEKED OF POT. I could smell it off and on ALL NIGHT LONG. I am sensitive to smells and if you are too I suggest you stay elsewhere. I guess smoking doesn’t set off the smoke alarms because someone was definitely smoking. It was awful. There’s no ventilation in the halls and I wasn’t the only guest that noticed it.

Nothing worked, 2nd room a/c out, filthy hotel, homeless roaming the property no security. Staff rude and don't care. Rooms not ready, made guests wait 2 hours, finally checked in at 5pm! Waiting lobby had no a/c , very hot. 4th floor smelled like pot. HORRIBLE drugged out weekly tenants live there!! Over flowing bags of garbage sitting on floor next to elevator. THIS PLACE IS A HEALTH HAZZARD AND NOT SAFE!!

The hotel is taking in homeless people while participating in some government program. These people are scarey, dirty, some have vehicles that are trashed inside and out and they stink. Probably drug addicts by their hygiene , don't stay there if you have anything nice or valuable. The management doesn't forwarn you that they are running a half way house.

Recent two day stay here for business. Employer paid for rooms for those of us staying there (as in all of my travel) and apparently because of that, Choice points were not awarded. Called Choice Privileges and they stated that as I had not paid for the nights the points were awarded to my employer. First for me, as a 36 year business traveler, to have points go to my employer vs the person using the services. Other than that, standard rooms/service, nothing special, pay laundry available, breakfast was standard for this level of hotel.
