Our suite was comparable in price to other hotels in town and yet offered a separate living area with TV and full kitchen, plus the pullout queen. Impeccably clean and friendly, prompt service. Didn't have a chance to try complimentary breakfast or the tennis court and pool but will make time during the next visit. Will be recommending this place...

Very good front desk service. This property should definitely have a large automatic front door rather than a single manually operated door. This make for extreme difficulty when attempting to enter with luggage and/or luggage cart, especially alone. Very small breakfast area and facilities.

Dear Lance, Thank you so much for your feedback. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. I will see what can be done with our front doors. I understand that this can be frustrating when bringing luggage carts through our entrance. Hopefully we can find a solution that works best for all of our guests. We look...

Spent the weekend here with friends while visiting Chico for my boyfriend's birthday. It was a busy weekend and the employees made checking into multiple rooms a breeze and we even got rooms near each other. I really enjoyed the location, close enough to downtown to take a cheap can or uber ride, less than $10! Breakfast was tasty and...

My family of 8 traveled to Chico for a family funeral. We originally booked a one room with a sofa. When we checked it they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with no extra charge. It was perfect for our family and we had lots of room to move about. The room service was awesome. We thought...

This is at least the third time we've stayed at the Residence Inn in Chico. [It shares a parking lot with Courtyard by Marriott, so if you pull in some time, very late and bleary-eyed, be aware of that!] We were in Chico for an early-morning wedding. Long story! So rather than drive up from Sac starting at zero-dark-forty, we...

Our room had 2 identical Master suites, connected by a cozy living room complete with fireplace and TV. Perfect for 4 adults. Small eat-in kitchen. Everything was provided in the kitchen to make a simple meal. The suite bathrooms have a closing door between the shower area and the vanity. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens and pillows. Each...

Traveling with 4 people, we're used to two of them having the sofa bed. We were so pleasantly surprised when at check-in they offered us a free upgrade to a full 2 bedroom suite. Perhaps it's due to my Marriot miles, I don't know. But it was wonderful. The hotel is somewhat close to the freeway and off ramp, so...
