I have stayed here whenever I have come to Palm Springs since 8/1/2009, i stayed somewhere else twice and had bad experiences that made ne come back to CCBC. I feel like I am coming to my vacation home, where the staff, the owner and event planners that take over the place for a weekend are doing all this just...

It was hot this past weekend( May 16, 17, 18th) but CCBC had plenty of Canopies and plenty of shade in the nice clean grounds. The resort is trying to update some things like new chairs and is succeeding. we hosted a sold out event and had no complaints. They kept the grounds clean and cleaned the pool daily very...

I'd been advised by many people not to stay here. But to my delight it fit the bill as to why you go to a gay resort, especially if you're single. Forget the shabbiness of the rooms, the ill kept grounds and the somewhat questionable clientele. You don't come here for the thread count sheets, or the mint on your...

This place has lots of great potential. But it has been minimally maintained. Everything needs a refreshed update. I'm not suggesting a complete remodel, but so much just needs maintenance and refreshment. Rooms are decent and clean. All is simply tatty around the edges...everywhere.

I've stayed here four times - and find the bad reviews on-line off putting. It's not a Four Seasons, nor does it try to be - but it does have action 24 hours a day and that's why people stay here. There's action on the path; in the Sauna; in the army barracks; in the slings etc... The bath products...

I normally visit CCBC once a year or so and stayed four nights last week. My big complaint this time was that the pool water was just completely GROSS. It is warm, super salty, cloudy and over saturated with chemicals... to the point where you need to shower off after you get out. I asked the maintenance people about it...

I stayed at CCBC before, and decided to stay fir a few nights during the summer. It was great! I was there midweek and didnt think there would be that many people but I was wrong. There were a lot of rooms occupied and a lot of the locals took advantage of the heat if the night, so to speak....

This is our third stay at CCBC and in comparison to a lot of gay locations that charge excessive prices just because they provide a gay venue, CCBC's accommodation costs are fair. The rooms are basic but generally clean and spacious. Be aware that there are various accommodation options and if you choose the cheapest you'll get the most basic....

Got naked and enjoyed what CCBC is all about - the midnight bar and BBQ was a treat on our first night- as two Aussie Travelers we embraced the place as we don't have anything that comes close. The day/night visitors makes for a cruisy mix of guys- enjoyable 3 nights.
