What a delightful experience! Our first venture traveling with our goldendoodle, Louise, was a success, due, in great part, to the Carmel Country Inn and staff. The room was exceptionally clean and welcoming, and we couldn't have asked for a more helpful staff. Chocolates, a split of champagne, a decanter of sherry, an exceptional expanded continental breakfast, daily cookies and...

Restful and pleasant. Staff was welcoming and helpful. So nice to stay where you are welcome with well behaved pets! The complimentary cream sherry was yummy!

Our stay at the Carmel Country Inn was just memorable! While it rained ever day we were secure and cozy in our wonderful little suite with fireplace and all the comforts of home. Every amenity was thought of and the staff could not have been any nicer or accommodating. To top it off, they overheard one of us wish my...

This was our second stay at the Inn and Amy & her team out did themselves again! They are so welcoming for ourselves and dog. Their recommendation for dinner at the Porta Bella was exccellent. Can't wait to go back again!

The rooms here were clean and comfortable. We stayed in a king size suite and it was perfect for both my husband and our 2 dogs. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was great with a separate shower, jacquzzi tub and ample place to put your items. Breakfast in the morning offered a good variety of hot and cold...

My husband and I (and our little dog, Sugar) just got back today from a wonderful 3-night stay at the Carmel Country Inn. This is a wonderful, pet-friendly inn just a few blocks down from the heart of Carmel-by-the-Sea. We walked down to the beach every day and enjoyed strolling the off-leash dog-friendly beach almost as much as our little...

I booked a weekend for the Carmel Country Inn to propose to my girlfriend. When I booked the room I was unsure of the specifics except that I wanted us to be in Carmel-by-the-sea. When I called I ask Amy the inn-keeper and she recommended I call Brian at Romantic Room Designs. Brian recommended a bonfire on the beach at...

Our hosts were very friendly - helpful with restaurant recommendations, rooms were very spacious, clean, grounds immaculately kept. The breakfast was very nice, many choices. We had a great time, brought our dog and will return many times. Highly recommended!!

The Carmel Country Inn was the ideal hotel in which to spend our last 3 nights in California. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were excellent and the breakfast extensive. The setting of the hotel, on the outskirts of Carmel shopping centre, made it accessible during both the day and the night - but don't forget the...

We and our dog Josie were welcomed to a very clean and pet-loving Carmel Country Inn. The room was small but well appointed. The bathtub, shower and tile floor were all updated and sparkling clean. The king bed was great, they accommodated us with non-down pillows, and breakfast in the morning was healthy and plentiful. I would definitely stay here...
