We booked this Hotel through Hotels.com as my husband received a gift certificate from his co-workers. Location was outstanding for visiting Capitola and the stores within walking distance. Good service from the Hotel staff and owners. Small room, but comfortable. Balcony could have been larger as it was a "wedge" with one chair. Continental breakfast could have used some scrambled...

Comfortable, clean and good location. Perfect if you're on your way to San Francisco and looking for something good to stay at not in the city for a good price. The drive to SF takes about an hour. We had some transaction issues with payment but the guy at the reception quickly and professionally figured it out. He also gave...

The room looked in order but was dirty. Housekeeping was short staffed and the rooms were not ready until after 4. The hand towel had make up on it large towel had hair and pink liquid spilled but was folded on rack. The other had black coarse hair stuck in it. The tub also had hair on curtain and wall....

Our 2 night stay at Capitola inn & Suites during the Begonia Festival 2016 (Labor Day Wk-end) will be our last. To begin with, the nightly rate has increased to $350.00+ dollars. Even w/my Quality Inn points, which is an entirely different disaster, the room price was $180.00.......For what is now an incredibly run down 2 star motel that includes...

Booked this hotel for M-Th, but came up a day early. tried to call the front desk to see if we could arrive a day early. Driving in the mountains, caused the phone connection to drop, so we told the man, we would call him back. When we arrived there, he told me he had already added the additional room...

I had an emergency situation and had to check in to the Quality Inn late. They quoted me $119 per night over the phone. I stayed two nights and left on an emergency flight back to Australia without looking at my receipt. When I returned home, I saw on my credit card statement I was charged $269.00 per night! I...

Stayed for a couple of days and enjoyed the quiet comfortable room. We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable and very reasonable. Breakfast included. No frills but had a micro and fridge in the room which was very convenient. Would stay there again.

We were here for the inaugural Hang 10/5 Surfers Path race. Quality Inn is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown beaches, cafes, and restaurants. It has ample parking in a quiet area and perfect for families. That also means there can be quite a bit of noise from kids playing in the pool. I don't know why the check...

The hotel is a complex of 4 two story buildings with rooms. The complex is designed like other buildings in the area (woodsy setting) so it fits right in. Very nice peaceful setting with the trees and paths around and through the complex. The halls in each complex also have skylights to bring more light into the halls. Each room...

My husband and I stayed here for 2nights.and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is an older hotel and doesn't come with all the bells and whistles of the average hotel, but it was very clean and the staff were all friendly and attentive. It was also quite and affordable. Perfect place to stay in Capitola when you are spending most of...
