My husband and I stayed here for one night in August as a stop over, with no booking we were recommended this hotel as we were looking for something with a pool to relax by for the afternoon before our morning flight. On arrival the grounds and reception area looked plalatial, the price was reasonable we thought for such accomodation...

I was sent here by Hong Kong Airlines (bumped from a flight, another awful experience, but that's another story...) and arrived at 5am. With no other options and desperate for sleep, I looked past the shabby, worn room and went to sleep. I awoke to an in-requested wake up call (ugh...) and more closely examined my room. It was awful....

This is a very big property with lovely views all inside the resort.. big swimming pool, hill view from room, etc. Although the resort is located in the outskirts of the city, but the property in itself is beautiful.. Rooms are provided with all the required amenities. But the only problem is getting food. The resort restuarant waiters do not...

We told them that we see on TA that there is a lot rooms available, but they refused to rent us a room. So we had...

You know when you stay at an awful hotel but has a beautiful location - this is one of those times. It's such a shame because you have the jungle all around you, the river, the sunsetting in the west of the hotel - the the actual hotel is TERRIBLE. Our shower was broken, our lights cut out, we had...

We booked through agoda and got our room 2 nights for £77 when we got there, we were upgraded to a suite. The room was lovely with a view of the garden/ mountain/ pool. I couldn't believe there was even a lake with lily pads. Restaurant food was ok but not a great environment. Only downfall was the ghost -...

Was recommended this hotel by an expedia agent as a stopover from phi phi island instead of direct travel from phi phi to Krabi airport. Hotel reviews scared us at first, but when we arrived, we found lobby and grounds very large. However saw tiny ants on reception desk due to open nature of it. Staff's English is poor and...

Okay, so October is off season in Krabi. It rains a lot. This is a large resort, tiles and furniture a tad old fashioned, heavy; lots of rooms but only a wing for package tours, and a couple of floors for guests, were prepared when we were there. They handle Mainland Chinese package tours. Big groups that practically fill the...
