This is my third time staying in this hotel. I preferred this hotel than Hilton, which is next door and of similar rates, because it is more homely, breakfast buffet is better, pub is better decorated and onsen is cleaner and not slimy. I also find customers are nicer people and less arrogant and rude than next door. Service overall...

Myself and my mate stayed at The Green Leaf Niseko Village for 8 nights at the end of Feb 2016. We were extremely happy with the hotel, the location in my opinion is one of the best as you can legitimately ski in and ski out. It is about a 10-15 minute shuttle into Hirafu village but really as you...

This hotel is unlike your regular YTL hotels. Don't expect luxury as there is nothing fancy or colonial about the rooms, and neither are there anyone who would help you with your bags at the entrance of the hotel. However, there are many winning factors about this hotel that makes you want to go back again. Granted, this is my...

This is my second time at the Green Leaf. I truly enjoy the professional staff and the service. The rooms for double occupancy are a nice size. It's not fancy but it is comfortable!!! I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet selection, very nice. During my stay the honorable mention goes to the bartender "Syril"!!! Such an awesome guy!! He managed...

Such a lovely hotel with amazing views of the Banzai slope and great staff! The front desk staff and concierge (particularly Shaun Gregory) were most helpful and went out of their way to help in restaurant and travel booking. Looking forward to returning again!

Generally good hotel. The positives: - Excellent access to the mountain! - Good bar - Good locker facilities - Good dinner buffet Areas for improvement: - Spotty WiFi connectivity in rooms - Breakfast buffet, particularly the scrambled eggs - Shuttle bus scheduling - a half hour loop service would make much more sense.

Great location with ski-in, ski-out facility. Room is comfortable and clean. Only 2 English speaking channels. Love the indoor and outdoor onsen with mountain view. During holiday season, should go to breakfast earlier to avoid the crowd and the buffet closes at 10am sharp. Would be nice if the chef can also add omelette to the breakfast offerings. Dinner buffet...

My 3rd year in a row at GreenLeaf, after trying other apartment and resort, i should say for skier and snowboarder, that does not want to wait or walk up the hill, this is the place for you. restaurant choices are the only negative aspect in this area, but hey you can take the free bus to Kutchan or Hirafu...

This hotel in Niseko village has ski in/out access to the Niseko United ski area. The hotel is modern and contains a restaurant that serves a buffet breakfast and dinner, a bar, ski rental, an indoor/outdoor onsen and small shop. We really enjoy staying in this hotel, so much so this was our second visit. The staff are lovely and...
