It was our first Hilton hotel stay. Was delighted that they prepared a birthday surprise for my husband. Upon check in, they wanted double checked to see if it had been placed in the room. They also made effort to prepare toiletries and amentities for my young boy prior to our stay. Ski facilities are at the door step of...

Cool hotel with full facilities for guests to enjoy their ski. Fantastic onsen with great view. Although that's no individual onsen but still enjoy it so much. Breakfast was good for guests to prepare their ski activities. Definitely will come again.

Being first time snow travellers we didn't know what to expect but from the time of arrival to the time we left we were well looked after and have no complaints about the Hilton Niseko Village. The rental shop onsite had good equipment that was well maintained and the snowboarding instructor we had from the onsite ski school was awesome...

I had a wonderful time staying at the Hilton Niseko Village. The location of the hotel is ideal for skiers-- you can rent ski equipment and buy lift tickets at the hotel, then walk right onto the gondola. Rather than taking ski equipment up to your room, the hotel has a complimentary ski valet. The lobby and rooms are spacious,...

I paid for a few rooms for my staff. There was a range of rooms available. The king deluxe family was quoted as been able to hold 4 people. Despite the extra cost it was no different from a king sized room which was fairly small. Other than that the amenities and food are excellent.

Dear valued guests. Thank you for choosing to stay at the Hilton Niseko Village. We are glad to hear that your stay in general was satisfactory. Although the Deluxe Family sleeps 4pax, it is more designed for the family market so perhaps on your return we would like to recommend the Panorama room. The Panorama room sits on 38sq meters...

Absolutely no complaints about the Hilton. We loved our stay & being so close to one of the main lifts. Will definitely be going back. Loved the onsen, indoor & outdoor. Food was a little pricey but that was to be expected. They had regular shuttles at night if you wanted to go into the main village at night.

What a fantastic place to stay for a ski holiday. Be cosseted after a day in the snow with the ski concierge who looks after you ski gear and a lovely warm room with an amazing view. Have a super relaxing experience in the luxurious Onsen and dine in some beautiful in house restaurants

We are not staying in the hotel, but close by at Green Leaf. We had an A La Carte meal at the Melt Restaurant at the Hilton. Service was great. I had a main of the grilled Chicken, while succulent, it had a very strong taste of gas. Sometimes when food is cooked on gas it retains the gas fumes...

When we walked into the hotel we thought it was great. They have a massive fire place in the middle of the lobby and was very cozy. Our room was nothing special but having a good mountain view. It's a ski in /out hotel which we like a lot. Otherwise the hotel decor is a bit minimalistic/ out-dated/ empty and...
