We could not recommend this hotel more highly. The staff are amazing, the rooms are amazing, breakfast was amazing every day, the on-site Onsen was such a treat and Hirafu was easily accessible without having to stay in the heart of the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the convenience of the Hilton being a ski in ski out Hotel and...

Stay here for 1st time skiing, overall it was a good experience with a few notes for the Hotel about the staff,i.e: 1. Seems a lot of new staff on board that do not know the Hotel Policy, which take a while to get some information 2. HHonors counter though it was not specified but the queing line for lr...

My fiancé and I recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Niseko for 7 nights. We stayed in what was titled a 'deluxe/luxury' twin room. The view from the room was breath taking in every aspect, however, unfortunately the 'luxury' feeling stopped there. We were met with two single beds, red wine stained carpet and not much else. The bathroom,...

While the Hilton offered most of what you would expect from a 5 star hotel chain, it was VERY expensive, and its isolation from the main village in Hirafu made it time consuming and difficult to access other options for dining and shopping. There is a complementary shuttle, but it only goes every 30-60 minutes (depending on the time of...

Gondola and lifts are right behind the hotel with the excellent ski valet and hot spring. There are complimentary shuttle buses beween the hotel and Hirafu which has tons of restaurants and shops. All restaurants at the hotel are very pricey...

Once we had decided to get married and have the reception at The Hilton, it was the best decision we ever made. They literally took care of everything and any request we had they were able to make it work. The staff were simply outstanding. We had so many mentions on the day and following about how attentive and helpful...

The lobby bar, restaurants were constantly cold. Trying to get someone to serve you in the lobby bar becomes a sport. The breakfast buffet was low quality and expensive although the lobby bar provided coffee and a very small selection of pastries - it didn't open until 9am. It needs a Starbucks type outlet. Good location next to the Gondola.

I think this hotel a bit expensive than we got. The room is oldish and small. A bit smelly on the bathroom. To play winter activities is a good choice but if you are just want to sightseeing its better you looking the hotel on hirafu. The breakfast is queing and the food really average.

We really enjoyed this ski-in/ski-out resort! Can't beat the access to the gondola and has a great ski storage service that was quick and easy. The onsen was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed; I had a great massage in the spa, and our meals were quite good. We all found the staff to be very eager...
