Great hotel, onsen was amazing set in a woodland setting and facilites for cleansing were freely avaiable. Staff helpful, friendly & polite. They even cooked off menu for us. Setting beautiful & ski lifts on your door step if you come in season.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 14 March 2017

I had a wonderful time staying at the Hilton Niseko Village. The location of the hotel is ideal for skiers-- you can rent ski equipment and buy lift tickets at the hotel, then walk right onto the gondola. Rather than taking ski equipment up to your room, the hotel has a complimentary ski valet. The lobby and rooms are spacious,...

Visiting in early March could be more relaxing with less people. But i would like to visit when the snow is in better shape. It has magnificent n spectacular view of Mt. We will visit again n stay there, too. They run the shuttle for you to get around the town in convenience. It is worthy n enjoy!!

I was hesitate to book this resort after I read quite a few bad comments. But I am great that I have booked this hotel!! We have booked the Mt Yokei View room. The room can fit for my family 2 adults + 1 10 years old + 1 5 years old. I stayed in Hilton Niseko between 9 April...

Perfect location, clean and wonderful view. Friendly and helpful front desk customer service manager, this include the restaurant waiter & waitress and cheff. The quality of the breakfast is good but I am actually expecting some slight menu changes everyday. The entrance hall's lighting is dim and it doesn't suit my preference. Overall, I still love this place.

The Niseko side of the mountain had just closed so we missed that experience - looked amazing. Ski lift right outside the hotel up into some great looking slopes. We still paid a lot and didn't get much for it - service was good and the shuttle bus to Hirafu was brilliant but the room was just a bit old...

i choose this hotel due to Hilton good reputation. It wasn't that easy to come here. From Sapporo station, i need to take train to Niseko and change to the bus to go to HIlton hotel. Kindly note that the hotel shuttle bus time is not every hour, so if you missed it, you can always take the regular bus...

Was able to fit a family of 4 in the hotel room. Beautiful views all around, especially of Mt. Yotei (we got the Mt. Yotei view room). Excellent onsen on the premises (make sure you use it as they charge an onsen tax in the bill). Buffet breakfast was decent with an egg station and breads, juices and pancakes and...

Thoroughly enjoyed our snow boarding holiday at Niseko Hilton. Convenient & scenic location, great snow & nice hotel amenities (the onsen, ski valet and breakfast buffet) make this place a great choice for a ski get-away. But specific complements & credit to the HILTON staff who made our stay extra comfortable. Special thanks to Shiva at Melt who is very...
