Andrew at the front desk was exceptional!! He made sure we got a ride back from the airport at 1am. He stayed on the phone with us until we found the van we were looking for. He was very personable, professional, & really made sure we were accommodated in every way. We will be back because of him.

The beds are extremely small and hard and uncomfortable. I was unaware that I had to request for my room to be cleaned so when I went down to the front desk and spoke to Evelyn I requested that our room be cleaned the next day after 1:00 pm, for some reason she sent housekeeping at 8:30 in the morning which I think was unprofessional. If I told her to tell them 1:00 pm then it should be 1:00 pm not 8:30 am. Evelyn was not bothered by any questions, comments or concerns I had about our stay which was four days and we had nothing but problems at this hotel. Parking was $20 a night and the room key was supposed to let us in and out of the parking lot at all times and it didn’t work so I had to keep going to the front desk so they could fix it and that was a hassle. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone as there was nothing good about it and being that it was a Hilton, my expectations were shot down...

In a word? "Old." This hotel is old and out-of-date. Honestly, I could get better amenities from a Best Western or a Holiday Inn. This hotel doesn't even offer 2-queen rooms, only 2-DOUBLE rooms, which is just not adequate for two adults with kids, nor is it competitive in today's market. The breakfast was no different from what I could get at a much cheaper, lower-rated, hotel chain. I could get the same eggs, sausage, and potatoes-from-a-bag from any number of other cheaper hotels. Luckily we found a deal that included breakfast during our stay, otherwise it would be $19 per person, per day! (Unless you order ale carte, then you are dealing with $5 a piece for store-bought yogurt cups!) The room furniture was old and worn. None of their rooms include a refrigerator or microwave (they were happy to bring us a very small half-of-a-mini fridge upon request). The dinner options at the restaurant were ridiculous. A $19 hamburger that is as basic as it gets? Lettuce, tomato, etc., served on the side with cheap packets of ketchup and mayo? No special toppings, sauce, design, etc. Seriously? $19.00 for that? I could get WAY better at Red Robin or any number of other national burger chains, let alone local restaurants. Sure, having a restaurant in the hotel is convenient, but nowadays with Grubhub, Doordash, and others available to bring guests almost anything they could want, convenience is just not enough anymore. The restaurant really needs to step it up. The location is nice with direct access to the walking paths right along the bay, but there really isn't much of a "bay view" from the rooms. The hotel is facing the wrong direction so the rooms only get a sort of "half bay view." However, I will say the staff was excellent and definitely represented the Hilton brand, I'm grateful for that. They were friendly, fast, and very responsive. So all in all, I would categorize this hotel as a solid 2.5 star hotel, nowhere near what an actual Hilton-brand hotel should be. Things have changed a lot in the hospitality biz, and the other, "lower-rated" chains (i.e. Best Western, La Quinta, Holiday Inn, etc.) really have great offerings now so unless this Hilton does something to keep up, I don't see much reason to stay here. Overall we enjoyed our trip, it definitely wasn't bad by any means. It was just, "adequate;" and I don't think Hilton wants to be known for being just "adequate."
