LOCATION: 3 Stars. PROS: Near shops and places to eat; fairly safe area; quick 5 min drive to downtown Burbank and near I-5. CONS: Near hospital, so you hear sirens a lot. STAFF: 5 Stars: Extremely friendly and very helpful. ROOM: 2 Stars: PROS: Basically clean, comfortable bed, fridge, microwave (old), big flat screen TV, free Showtime, free wifi (decent...

We booked via the Internet which was a simple process. We had a first floor room with two queen size beds, the room was large and suited the four of us. The room was clean and was more modern than the exterior of the motel would have you believe. We stayed for two nights and found the location ideal for...

We made a quick one-day trip to see the sights in Hollywood and this hotel was perfect for our stay. The room was very clean, very comfortable, and up-to-date. The breakfast was super simple (cereal, pastries, toast, juice, coffee). The staff was lovely -- very helpful and responsive. The area was very convenient to the highway, the metro, restaurants, etc....

Some people may think it's overpriced but for the area it's a great deal. It has everything you need, great location, fair price and excellent staff. The apartment manager Alfredo and the employees are very professional and kind. Their effort makes this an easy decision to book your reservations now and look no further. I've lived in Burbank for two...

Good, clean hotel with helpful staff and fantastic location! Yes it is expensive for what you get but you need to remember where you are and how expensive all of the hotels are - it is very good value for money!

It was literally a one night stay so tough to critique for long term. Was checking in later than 3pm but since office is staffed 24/7, a quick call to let them know and all was good! It reminded me of the kind of motel you would expect near the beach, which, BTW, is an hour away from here in...

This room was about $200 w/ taxes and so I was expecting a nice boutique hotel. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. The outside of this place is a dump--a far cry from Portofino (more like the slums of Palermo). Admittedly, the inside of the room was ok, but this should be a $59 room, not a $200 room.

I booked at the last minute when a brandname chain Burbank hotel tried to "walk" me to their hotel in Pasadena because they overbooked guest stays. I say pleasantly surprised because it is unassuming, and not a name brand. I was apprehensive on driving in because at night, the parking lot looks a little dimly lit and the parking lot...

A decent place for a good night sleep with complimentary basic continental breakfast if a couple is on a budget but would rather spend more for Burbank's attractions. Offers 24-hour free coffee. A diner is located inside the lot. Service OK. Rooms just need more sound-proofing to minimize, if not eliminate bathroom noise next door.
