This hotel is north of SFO in a difficult to find location off the 101. They claim some rooms have a view of the bay. That is laughable. There is new construction happening. What water that can be seen from the hotel is hardly a "view". Checked in online early. Told the hotel I would pick up a key from the front desk upon arrival. At that time I was told no room had been assigned to me despite my online check-in. I was assigned to room 300 in the far corner of the hotel. As I walked through the hallway I noticed that many rooms had "safety clean seals" that were intact on the doors. Not on the door to room 300 though. I opened the door to immediately observe a badly broken kitchen drawer with screws sticking out. The windows were wide open in the room and in the hallway. I used disinfectant wipes that I had packed to wipe everything down and they can up full of dirt. Disgustingly filthy light switches, a sticky living room table. After traveling all day and having difficulty locating this hotel I was too tired to argue with the lobby attendant. Happy that I had only made a one-night reservation. It's been a week since my stay. I am hoping that I remain COVID-free. This was not the way I wanted to begin this work trip. Be forewarned and stay elsewhere.

Room was very nice. The check in was all contact-less, Had a full kitchen. Also a couch bed. They are pet friendly. Close to sfo. Got a free bag breakfast ready early. Will stay here again if ever in the area

Having book this hotel because it looked pretty close to the airport and they have a free shuttle service I’ve stayed at numerous Homewood suites always been pretty good until this one when I landed at the airport I called the number for a pick up some guy on the phone said we don’t operate the shuttle service anymore it was a third-party and you would have to find your own way to the hotel which obviously I would’ve not of booked this place if I’d have known this they should update their information so a return ticket with Uber was $55 obviously I am not happy about that situation the hotel itself is old the furniture the carpet it’s all seen better days after checking out I checked my final bill and they charged me for parking as well $15 I couldn’t believe it they have a breakfast grab and go bag don’t bother it’s a frozen burrito a orange and apple juice Be warned there is no food in the hotel at all and there are no restaurants fast food or even a gas station close by I would never stay here again it was my first and last time there’s much better for a lot less money be warned there is no food in the hotel at all and there are no restaurants fast food or even a gas station close by I would never stay here again it was my first and last time there’s much better for a lot less money

As a traveling medical provider, I stay for extended time and have used this location for the last three months. A multitude of things, ants, leftover fast food in the microwave, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, un vacuumed carpet with everything left from glitter to candy. Had to move rooms twice one trip because AC not working. Staff writes your name down at the desk when you have issues, apologize profusely but things rarely get resolved and you have to remind them. I Contacted corporate after my July trip, no follow up. Some staff... Joseph & Fred really try and are working hard to make it better. Minimal mask wearing by staff and undoubtedly I have concerns about the cleanliness of the entire place. Went to do my laundry yesterday, opened the washer and there was literally poop on the rim. DONE. Time to find a new place to stay. Overall property unkept, needs updating and dirty. Save yourself lots of headaches and choose a different hotel.

This hotel does not live up to the typical standards of Hilton or Homewood Suites. Stayed here one night and the room seemed fine at first though the furniture was a bit beat up. When I stepped in the shower the next morning, I noticed dirt coming off my feet. I only had taken off my shoes when in the hotel room. I also noticed mold on the shower curtain, meaning it hadn’t been laundered between guests in quite some time. I rubbed the carpet with a white washcloth and it picked up a lot of dirt, meaning the carpet hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time as well. Now, there is a potentially deadly virus going around in a worldwide pandemic and they are supposed to be taking extra care to clean the rooms. Clearly, the management at this hotel doesn’t care about that. When I asked for a new room, the front desk told me there weren’t any clean ones available yet. The hotel was pretty empty, but they couldn’t move me to a clean room? That means that they weren’t keeping rooms empty between guests. We felt unsafe due to the lack of cleaning and the lack of concern about it from the front desk staff. We checked out and went to another hotel nearby which was much cleaner.
