We have spent over two weeks and $4465 at this property in Brisbane, California. It has been the worst hotel experience imaginable. We knew the property was going through a renovation and were given a *brand new fully renovated* room. The photos show that the ceiling and floors are already starting to fall apart. The kitchen is so poorly designed that neither the dishwasher nor the refrigerator can fully open, making the d/w extremely difficult to use. During the beginning of the stay the television wouldn't work, and the manager insisted it was a "service provider issue" (ie., DirectTV) and not the hotel's fault. My husband could clearly see that the cable in the room had been installed so poorly by the hotel that it was rendered unwatchable. No TV's were working in the hotel for days because of their installation, not because DirectTV wasn't working. But by far the most egregious, dangerous, unforgivable episode happened on our last day. We had received a notice from the hotel that workers were going to enter our room on Friday to swap out furniture. I called the Front Desk and Manager and requested that they NOT enter our room as we would be checking out early on Saturday and they would have full access to it then. We left for work on Friday morning at 7:30am and returned at 8:30pm on Friday night to find THE DOOR TO OUR ROOM UNLOCKED AND PROPPED OPEN. We had computers, clothes, jewelry, and other belongings in the room and it was nothing short of a miracle that nothing was missing. FAR MORE IMPORTANT was our SAFETY BEING COMPROMISED BY WALKING INTO A ROOM THAT HAD BEEN LEFT OPEN BY STAFF FOR HOURS. I called the front desk immediately and he apologized, then hung up. This is what we experienced for almost $5,000. The housekeeping staff and most of the front desk staff were trying their best, but they are not equipped to handle the level of seriousness about these and other issues. It's shocking that Hilton would have its name attached to this property.

Hotel's Favourite
My family enjoyed your establishment when we stayed in July for four nights, especially the welcoming, servant-hearted and joyful kitchen staff, Mayinardo and Jamie Lynn (I apologize if I misspelled names.). They are wonderful and greeted us each morning with a warm smile and a friendly hello. They checked on us throughout our morning meals to see if we were in need of anything and wished us a good day. They added such pleasantness to our stay, and they seem to really love caring for the guests. What a wonderful way to start each morning! Thank you both very much for your hospitality!! We appreciated it tremendously and enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning!!

We were on a layover flight from New Jersey to Hawaii , and our flight came in late that night , but the front desk receptionist was very helpful to us and she really made us feel welcomed . And we were happy to be provided free breakfast the next morning , and an airport shuttle to catch our flight at the San Fransisco airport . Thank you for you for all your hlelp .

Early September 2022 and the hotel is under remodeling construction. Some rooms are “complete” with new paint and carpet, but they are still using the old furniture. Our king bed was very hard and springy. The pull-out sofa bed was disgusting! For the first time ever in a hotel, we had to ask for extra blankets to put over it just to sit on it. The mattress was worse. It was 3 inches of stained springs that no one can sleep on. The pool was closed for maintenance. This was a total disappointment. The dairy items in the breakfast has ice UNDER them instead of AROUND them, so the milk and yogurt was warm. Dogs barking on the floor above killed any chance we had at sleep. The staff is wonderful, however. They were helpful, polite and welcoming. Management needs to seriously update the beds!

May 28 & 29 were our first nights ever in US so it was of course really special. We wanted to book this hotel because it was close to SFO ; we got a very Nice and clean room, and service was excellent, especially the man in charge of breakfast and the front desk agent who suggested us to put uber app in our phone, who also gave us good info for shopping on our first complete day in this city. I am sorry that i did not think to note their first name to mention them properly there. This hotel is unfortunately not available for our last nights in US, but it will be our first choice in San Francisco for our next trip, Hopefully next Year.

Clean and comfortable and quiet. The room was nice, if we stayed longer we could have made use of the kitchen area. We reserved a queen room and the bed was a double, but it was comfortable and we slept well. The room was like a studio apartment which was fine for just the two of us.

If I could rate this a zero, I would. I joined this app to write this review as well, it was that bad. My husband and I used tons of points to vacation in the area and the rooms were filthy, people were smoking in their rooms and the walls paper thin.

My husband and I chose this hotel because of the kitchen and how there is a laundry unit on the property. The receptionist was awesome, very polite and nice. When we first walked into our room we loved it, but than things just went left from there. One thing you notice about this hotel is that it’s OUTDATED, from the curtains to to the couches to the bathroom. The curtains look like they’re from the 90’s The remote for the living room doesn’t work so we had to use the remote from the room for the living room as well. The A/C doesn’t work, I woke up in a sweat and my kids slept with no blanket cause of how warm it was in the room. The couch has stains and it’s sunken in There is no screen on the window nor does it limit how far you can open it. The headboard of the bed is dusty, like what? The clock is broken lol There is rust around the furniture and there is mold spots. We checked in lastnight at about 7pm and we didn’t notice too much cause we just wanted to get some sleep. It’s 6 o’clock in the morning and there is just too many things wrong with this room. I’m so disappointed at this hotel and how unclean and outdated it is and it says that it offers people a “clean” and “sanitized” stay.

Unfortunately this hotel and experience were about the worst of the worst for a Hilton. It took 45 minutes and 2 phone calls to get a shuttle at the airport for a hotel that was 8 minutes away. Then the hotel charges an absolutely ridiculous incidental fee for something that is not even used at all. Then there was the wonderful cheap 3 inch mattress on the sofa bed to the tiny room. Just an absolute waste of money. The breakfast was at least a saving grace. They should offer quadruple Hilton Honors points just for staying here!

Our currently shuttle service is from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. and again runs 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and leaves our property every 37. Bed was hard as a rock and on it's last legs. I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay at Homewood Suites Brisbane. For the high price of a Hilton hotel, I expected a lot more. The pictures made the hotel rooms look clean, modern, and updated. But upon arriving to the room, it was obvious the hotel is very dated and needs a huge remodel. Housekeeping did a poor job at cleaning the bathroom area. The shower was extremely dirty with dirty grout and and hard water stains and the housekeeper didn't even take the time to throw away the old soap from the guests that occupied the room before me. With COVID rates being as high as they have, and the Hilton claiming a "clean" experience, I was extremely underwhelmed, to say the least. I typically stay at Marriott hotels and decided to try out a Hilton Hotel for the first time. I am sad to say that I will never stay at a Hilton hotel again. Was looking forward to a romantic evening but we were too tired to even fight with it because we had an early morning flight.
