This is the second time we stayed in Bodega Bay Lodge ( 12 years in between), and we still were surprised by the concept . All the lodges have a magnificent view on the Bay. The integration of the buildings in the landscape is spectacular well done. All in dark wood, well maintained. The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant...

This hotel is the perfect weekend escape. Warm friendly staff, cozy guest rooms with real fireplace, incredible views, large bath rooms with soaking tub and separate shower, with wonderful amenities, like bath salts, the attention to every little detail is impressive. We spent two nights had two amazing meals in the Duck Club Restaurant and just relaxed in the beautiful,...

Bodega bay is nice....it doesn't blow me away like other areas of the central or northern coast do (Big Sur/Sonoma). Coming from SoCal it's hard to get used to bing cold and damp even in August. If that doesn't bother you than a stay at the Bodega Bay Lodge is a must. The view of the bay is great. The...

Our room had an incredible view of the bay and was a short walk to the beach and bird trails. The pool and hot tub area were spotlessly clean and enjoyable. The on-site restaurant had the same amazing views and service was great. One of the nicest parts was the outdoor fire pit right next to the lounge - just...

We stayed here for several days. The setting is quiet with good views of ocean. Fog horn did go on for entire stay, but I only noticed it when outside and actually enjoyed it, as it was very distant. Can be cool even is summer as it was when we were there, so check weather. We needed jackets and warm...

We had a wonderful experience at this lodge. Our room was spacious, and the view was tremendous. Ultra modern bathroom and squeaky clean. The wine and cheese hour was disappointing (re: quality), but still a friendly touch. The Duck Club Restaurant, while not a great value, was a decent meal. A beautiful setting with expertly manicured grounds, and very quiet.

Our room was fine and the bathroom was nicely updated but they need better sound insulation here. The fog horn goes off every 5 seconds, TWENTY FOUR HOURS A DAY. The fog horn is still audible with the windows and doors completely shut. So if you're a light sleeper, bring your earplugs or better yet, stay somewhere farther from the...

My wife and I were thinking of staying at Seascape while our youngest (only one left at home) was away on a trip. After reading some reviews though I had second thoughts. One of the reviews mentioned the Bodega Bay Lodge and how much more they liked it for a couples vacation. I'd always wanted to see Bodega Bay and...

We hadn't stayed here for a number of years and immediately noticed the improved ambiance and appearance. We had rooms in building five, which offers the best view as no other buildings are in front of it. Rooms differ here, but staff is facile at reciting a description of a class of rooms and what they don't "guarantee" rather than...

After driving up from Los Angeles, I was more than ready to relax and what a perfect location. We had a suite on the second floor overlooking the bay. Opening the entry door and the balcony door let in a cooling breeze and the relaxation started immediately. The property is landscaped to blend in with the surrounding environment. Even the...
