I recently stayed here with my father and wife for a week mid April. This is a very nice bed and breakfast. The rooms are clean and very welcoming. The breakfast everyday is wonderful. There is a great selection of eggs different meats fruit cereal toast the whole nine yards. The owners are very kind and friendly people willing to help with or recommend any local attractions. If I am ever back in Tuamgrany area of Ireland I will defiantly be staying at this b & b again.

We had a lovely stay at Clareville House. Our room was big and everything was very clean. Teresa made a delicious traditional breakfast and it was a great place to explore County Clare. There is a pub in walking reach, as well as a chocolate factory and a 24/7 shop.

Clareville House is a great BNB near the road junction at Tuamgraney and was a great base for us to explore North and East Clare and also some of Tipperary.
We stayed for 4 nights. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and the breakfast cooked by the host, Teresa, was really good and very fresh.
With a friendly, smiling host and parking on the property, we could not fault our stay at Clareville.
Great value and recommended.

Stayed here for the Scariff harbour festival, Teresa and Derek couldn't have been more welcoming, from the minute we arrived till we left they were more than helpful. The room was very nice and the beds were comfy, breakfast was spot. My partner and I are looking forward to staying with them again 😊

A very short but sweet stay we had with Teresa. The perfect B&B experience. Terrific clean en-suite room and wonderful breakfast. In our case the family room, for 4 people, was very spacious and much bigger than a typical B&B. Thanks Teresa.

My cousin arranged a 2-night stay at the Clareville B&B owned and operated by Teresa Browne. I can say nothing bad about the B&B or the proprietor. The room was clean and spacious enough for our needs and the breakfast was fantastic! Thank you to my cousin and to Mrs. Browne for a lovely stay. There is a very nice pub a short walking distance away and also a chocolate factory that they do give tours of.
