We needed to change hotels and fortunately Wolf Creek had a cabin available. The front desk lady is very helpful. The cabin is full of mountain charm, with pine walls; a fireplace; and a porch. It was super quiet, clean, well appointed, comfortable beds. I'm already planning our next stay. Staff is really great!

Found this cozy resort online last minute after planning a snowboarding trip up to snow summit. Wanted to spend the weekend up in Big Bear, and glad we found this little gem. Didn't really know what to expect, when we pulled up we noticed mcdonalds and 7-11 were right across the street, as well as Big 5 right next door...

Hello Kitty, I'm so glad you had a good stay. I'll check out the little heaters in the chalet and will replace with new ones. Sorry about the spiders, here in the mountains they seem to love us and find a free night in a blanket. We will make sure we shake before giving to a guest. Thank you for...

We visited this property last weekend since I attended a family wedding that was held at the same property. We stayed in cabin 5 and was far enough from the highway that we did not hear it at all. The room had 2 queen beds that were very comfortable, and usis equipped with a small kitchen, cozy living room area...

This was the second year our friends and my husband and I rented Cabin 18. Great two bedroom with a sleeper in the living room; kitchen, bathroom and TV with a nice size porch and parking for two cars. One of the bedrooms has two queens and the other a king--be mindful that the beds are high off the ground...

My husband and I got a great rate on the room and it was perfect for us. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was nice and clean! It was also in a great location. We didn't get a chance to get down to the wine room because we were short on time but there's always next time!...

My girlfriend and I got a groupon here to celebrate our anniversary. Our room was awesome with everything we needed, kitchen, living room, bathroom, tv and wifi. The staff was extremely friendly especially Sue at check in and check out. We especially enjoyed the spa each afternoon. The location was perfect for us, close to the lake and just a...

They allowed our 3 dogs with a $50.00 pet deposit fee for all three of our dogs. They match the Groupon price and staff were accommodating to our needs. We looked at their sister hotel bear creek resort and the studio was too small for us. Then we stayed at one of the Chalet rooms here at Wolf Creek Resort...

On a whim, I got a Groupon to stay here and I am sooo glad that I did! I ended up getting there near midnight but the staff was very accommodating and what a sweet surprise it was to find a hardwritten note when I arrived. Though the place was small, I instantly loved the fireplace in the cozy small...

“Cabin 18 is a stand-alone cabin but there are stairs to climb and the beds are high. There are other chalets available at ground level.”

“They've got Hotel type rooms and they have cottages. Try and get the Cottages with fireplaces.”

“Pros: close to the Village, small fridge/freezer combo and a stove. The bed was very comfortable. Cons: very small bathroom with no kind of lighting in tile shower, which made it dark. A 3 drawer very small dresser in the bedroom with only enough from for one persons things. Front desk staff not friendly and not helpful and are rude to their employees.”
yoliem72, 26 Dec 2013 | Read review
“The chalets have a separate bedroom and a kitchen area- but they are on the smaller side so two per room is best.”
