Shocking at what was offered for $274 per night...2 double beds. A disgrace to the State of California to not shut this place down for so many reasons. Do your self a favor and if this is a last resort for you, drive back home. Unfortunately, we were too trusting never to have questioned the integrity of a hotel in...

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever had the misfortune of walking into. Talk to the locals before booking here they will tell you what a horrible place it. When walking into the hotel lobby and the entrance for the rooms the strong smell of Lysol used to mask the musty smell of mold will knock you over....

We arrived about 10 pm after having booked and paid online. If we hadn't already paid, we would have high-tailed it out of there. The property has poor parking availability. We had to park in the lot of the next building of their property and hoof it. The desk clerk gave us our room keys told us to call his cell...

For just a room it was not so bad. It was clean and the heater worked great. It was quiet and raccoons outside our room. Really sweet. Walking distance to everything. My family really liked it. Shower was tiny though.

I was trying to book a room in Big Bear 1 week before the Thanksgiving weekend and all I could get war the Knights inn, After reading the reviews I was a little concerned, The rooms were clean, Indoor pool and Spa area were close and used as a storage area

To say this place was horrible would be putting it nicely. Where to even begin? The nicest thing in the room was the dresser the ancient tiny T.V. was sitting on. Our windows had no screens , and with two small children and no working fan (the ceiling fan apparently is just for looks cause there was no working switch...

I'm writing this review to warn people not to stay here. This place is so rundown I'm surprised it's not condemned. The furniture looks like the stuff people set out on curbs for people to take if they want it. Everything is in disrepair. The ancient wall heater sounds like someone is standing next to it banging on it with...

This hotel might have been built in 1964 with no updates since. It was falling apart, not safe or secure. The location is great and does have wifi, but the TV is circa 1980. Free breakfast is coffee and a prepackage danish. The wooden steps were falling apart, old mattress and furniture outside. And I agree with previous review, the...

When we first set foot in our room, a violently terrible wave of putrid mustard gas ( I kid you not, it smell like bad feet and cigarettes) bowled us over. Next thing that hit us was the incredible heat. The frickin' fireplace and the heater were both on!!!!!!*cough*its the middle of summer*cough*...Worst of all, it had no air conditioner......

This place sucked super bad. We stayed in the building across the street not the main check in building, that took some time to figure out. No handicap access. No AC. No Screens on window so bugs join you at night. Window required my tools to open. No coffee pot. Not clean. Run down to the ground, thought we were...
