I had a short 2-day stay at The Peninsula in Beverly Hills. Still, I was absolutely impressed by the quality of service offered to their customers, the well-maintained rooms, the spa, the restaurants and the relaxing rooftop pool. Their rates are high, but understandably so. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, the beds oh so comfortable (slept like a...

Absolutely perfect service. The Concierge is the best ever. Afternoon tea is wonderful. The Sunday Buffett is one of the best. The roof top pool is pure perfection - you will meet great people. This is not your "Fun LA" pool where you meet young kids but a wonderful relaxed pool with successful people! Downstairs bar is great do for...

Pinch me I have died and gone to heaven. Why haven't I ever thought to stay here before? And let me be the first to say I'm picky but this was one of the single best hotel stays I have ever experienced, the property was gorgeous the service was above impeccable and the location was great. They exceeded my very...

This fabulous property is near all the action in Beverly Hills, but is a quiet respite from the hustle. Everyone, and I mean everyone, here was wonderful to us -- from the booking agent months earlier (Thanks Tien!) to the General Manager who took us personally to our room, to the Barman who fixed exquisite Pisco Sours in the lovely...

Our second stay at PBH and it hit the high mark. This time in a Villa King Suite with two patios and jacuzzi -- plush, lush, relaxing, a veritably extravagant respite; superb bed and linens, great marble bathroom (only one sink but that was fine with us). Availed myself of the in-house salon for a shampoo and style, very nicely...

Dear CatalinaW, Thank you so much for your rave review! I'm delighted you enjoyed your stay at The Peninsula and especially your Villa King Suite - that's a very popular room category among our guests. Glad you also treated yourself to our traditional afternoon tea. We hope you'll stay with us again on your next visit to Los Angeles. Kind...

The hotel has an excellent location on Santa Monica blvd with a bout 10 minutes walk to Beverly Hills' iconic street rodeo Dr. Though the street is some what busy it is quiet in the hotel. The room is clean and spacious with a study desk, LCD TV, and a good size closet. The bathroom is spacious with a separate...

Our first visit to The Peninsula was in April for 3 nights en-route to NY and then we returned for another 2 nights on the way home. The unique " Peninsula Time" offers 24 hour any time check in and really appealed to us as our flights to/from Sydney were arriving very early and very late at night. Wonderful service...

I have been using PBH since 2009. Have used many rooms on just about every floor in the building. We checked out on 28th April after a two week stay. I love this hotel and have already booked for two weeks next year. After seeing everything else in LA there is nowhere better for me. There are a couple of...

I stayed here for the first time two months ago. Simply put, this hotel has the best service of any hotel in the world. Jim Assi, the de facto 'mayor of Beverly Hills,' who helps manage the hotel, makes every guest feel like they are the most important person ever to stay there. From the maids to the bellboys to...

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighbourhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
