Having just checked in to a one bedroom suite at a cost of well over $1300 per night I am amazed to find that there is what can only be called a broom cupboard being passed off as a wardrobe. To make things worse this is where the safe has been installed just high enough to make half of the cupboard unusable for hanging. There is a small desk about 15” deep with three draws and two single draw bedside table/nightstands to put clothes in. Do not book this hotel if you want to bring clothes for any more than overnight as you won’t have anywhere to put them. They did offer a portable clothes rail to put in our room but that leaves my wife feeling more like a student in digs than the Pretty Woman we were hoping for. If you’re a foodie then you’ll also love the reception as all we could smell on check in was the restaurant. Other than that the staff are impeccable and the location is fantastic.…

I visited the Beverly Wilshire solo for a spa treatment and I was blown away by the customer service. Every single person that I interacted with was so incredibly nice and it really did make my day. The spa service exceeded my expectations- I got the cryotherapy massage with Nim and I would highly recommend! I lounged poolside afterwards and felt like overall I had a very welcoming and wonderful experience.

Pros: Rooms are nice and modern. Some staff are very friendly. Cons: It a big one. Ordered room service at 9am this morning. They told me the meal would be in my room in 25min. An hour later I call to see what’s going on. The lady tells me she will check on it. At 10:20am I call again. She asks me to repeat my order. Says she will check on it. At 10:40am I get a phone call from a guy. He says he just got the order and it will be in my room by 11am. Amateur hour! And no one took responsibility and owned up to a mistake. For the room price this is insane. Plenty of other luxury hotels in the area to choose from.

OK stay at BW but significantly worse than previous trips, just not really good enough in all departments, service, cleanliness and focus. Not bad enough to not risk staying again but this once great hotel needs to focus on getting back to winning ways otherwise it will suffer in such a service rich city versus other hotels.

Stayed here on a business trip on a Monday night. Got a free upgrade to a suite. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no security at either tower. Any thug would be able to just walk in. Water pressure was poor. And I found candy and dirty garbage wrappers in the bedside drawers that were not cleaned out. This felt like a 3 star hotel at best, not a four seasons. Would not stay again.

Enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for shopping on Rodeo Drive. Great restaurants in the hotel. Staff is amazing and very attentive. They went out of their way to make my 10 year old son feel special. We can’t wait to come back!

When we first arrived we got there before checkin and with a grump 8 year old. Alex at the front desk made it simple and suggested an upgrade to a suite for a marginal amount, which's I’m so glad we did! Also Alex the doran at the front made everything so easy and simple. Helped with even getting us a house car for our dinner that night! Both of them along with the staff made us feel like family! Definitely going back!!

I've been staying at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA for many years. It's my favorite hotel, whether I'm staying for business or pleasure. I'm always greeted by Ervin Ascencio in Valet parking with a smile, and the rest of the staff is impeccable. The Beverly Wilshire is always clean, and the service is top notch. They're currently in the middle of renovating their rooms, which are absolutely gorgeous. Lastly, you can beat the location. It's right in the center of Beverly Hills!

pool and facilities working but construction noise in the air. It was a shame, we had to move inside and avoid the high decibels. Front desk was happy and Adam was kind and considerate. We had a room with a view. We saw the pool facilities. I think we should have gone higher then 6th. The shower, bath, hand held were all low pressure. The child care would have have been good. Excellent house keeping. The pool attendees were great! LIIT!!! The bar staff were quik.

Personal knows names by name. You feel really exceptional. Food is great and you can basically anything out of the menu and they will get it done for you. Rooms could be a bit cleaner but overall very good.
