This was my first time at a Sonder but it will not be my last. I had a fantastic stay. Sonder Crescent is in the heart of Beverly Hills just a few blocks from Rodeo Drive. There is also a Starbucks, Whole Foods, and tons of great restaurants. The building is beautiful and the restaurant is great. My room did not face the street so it was very quiet. I also liked the check-in process. I downloaded the app and actually got a discount paying through their system rather than a travel website. I took a picture of my ID and voila, I was done. The day of my arrival, I received the door code. So I didn't even need to check in at reception. But they had a reception desk that was always staffed with the most wonderful helpful people. I definitely recommend. There was no daily cleaning and I think the TV only works if you have subscription to apps but I didn't care about those things. I liked it and I loved telling people that I was staying in Beverly Hills. It is also a free pick-up site for a wonderful Viator tour that I went on and that was a great bonus.…
This was absolutely the best stay possible in the very heart of Beverly Hills. Our family has travelled from different parts of the country and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel. 2 blocks away from Rodeo drive and yet it felt like a small oasis away from the busy hustle of restaurants and shops. Tastefully done interior of each room, and we had 5 of them, we’re slightly on a smaller size, but only added to the European charm of a boutique hotel. All rooms and common areas are decorated with an exceptional collection of celebrities photographs that I have never seen before, and I love photography! Amazing experience was topped with an unexpected treat - the hotel restaurant alone is worth traveling for! Incredible Mediterranien food from breakfast to dinner - I felt bad leaving the hotel for all the previously made reservations. Tons of highest end famous restaurants around. Keyless stay is becoming my favorite ever. Highest marks and best recommendations! Run and stay there.…
Well established room, good location and well equipped. The room was a decent size and bed was comfortable. Front staff were very warm and welcoming! Really enjoyed staying here. Tip - there is valet parking for $35 or you can self park across the road for $15. Rodeo drive is right there and it is generally a quiet street you stay on at night
We stayed at the Beverly Hills location…during a heatwave! Through no fault of anyones the hvac system had given out, maybe the day we got there, not sure. The staff/management was quick to install window ac units in all the rooms! Can you imagine the fun the staff must’ve been having. Anyway, within less than a day we had a working ac in the room, which was an oasis compared to outside. Thank you to the Sonder staff for that. Everything else was clean and enjoyable. Front desk staff also helped us with a chromecast issue we were having. They were very responsive when we needed something. I would book here again for sure. Also the restaurant has great food and a nice atmosphere.
I was totally comfortable here. It is fun and unpretentious and the location is great. Small room but had all my needs -- in-room amenities even in small studio included hairdryer, iron/ironing board, shampoo and conditioner, coffee maker. Would book again. Valet with in-out privileges all day made this a decent deal and better than street parking. Loved the artwork too. Rooms are quiet even though hallway noise can be heard.
if you're a fan of Italian food, this area is the best spot for you. Always close to a good Italian restaurant, the designer brand is around, and other good food is within walking distance. Would recommend this for people who want to go shopping around Beverly hills!
This place was phenomenal for my work trip to LA. It is located right in the heart of Beverly Hills and I enjoyed walking to dinner each night. The front desk staff was so friendly as I walked in, and the room was super clean. It was also updated with nice furniture/bedding along with Chrome Cast. I parked in the lot right across the street and highly recommend as it was $16/day whereas valet was $35/day. Easy walk right across the street. Would 10/10 stay again!
The room was awesome, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the location unmatched. But the valet attendant (Ramon) tried to steal from us twice: When we arrived, Ramon was the valet parking attendant. He first charged us for more nights than we were staying. We called him out on that, and he reversed the overage. But then, he added 20% "taxes" on top of the arranged $35 per night. We let that slide cause we were tired and wanted to get to our room. The next day I called the valet parking manager to clarify (818-616-4039), and he was not happy with Ramon misleading hotel guests with a compulsory tip he called 'taxes'. Ramon returned the 20%, but I was scared throughout our stay that he would do something to the car as retaliation.
This place is convenient to great shopping and fantastic Restaurants!! My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I traveled with a group of friends and it was a great value that accommodated everyone's budget
Great, affordable, comfortable, friendly and perfect location! Nua restaurant is amazing as well. Very accommodating and easy to access, not fancy but perfect for easy going stay and right in the middle of Beverly Hills!
