Great stay, staff friendly and helpful! Convenient location, walking distance to hip Santa Monica Ave, and right across from Beverly Hills park. Would definitely stay here again when back in Beverly Hills

Hotel is old with no soundproofing. Rooms are very small. Courtyard is nicely decorated and spacious with many sitting areas. We sat in the courtyard (attached to the restaurant) and were given menus and told they would be right back to take our order. 45 minutes later they returned but at this point we had already decided to go somewhere...

We truly wish we could've marked higher points on your review, it is sad to hear of your experience. Our hotel is older compared to many others, we were billed back in 1956 and are proud of our heritage. Back then rooms were built smaller and more cozier than they are today, but we take advantage of that and provide...

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Beverly Terrace. The bathroom is small but perfectly adequate with a good sized shower. Very clean room. The young female at reception was so lovely and helpful with anything we needed. A good breakfast is provided although once they ran out of things they didn't always get replaced.

Located in the heart of everything, our hotel offers so much to travelers in such a tiny package. It's no wonder why we are the top choice of so many from around the world, it's easy to understand when we provide an artisan continental breakfast and complementary wifi. It's unfortunate that you waited us so low, we would encourage you to provide us with more of an exclamation of where we could improve on. We also encourage all of our guests to relay any concerns they have to any member of our staff, all of our hotel staff are empowered to do whatever it takes to make our...

I can recommend this hotel but would advise people to avoid the restaurant. There are plenty of excellent places nearby. Went there the first evening. I ordered chicken ravioli from the specials. It was stone cold inside with a hot sauce poured over it. I sent it back. It was 20mins later before the manager came over and asked if...

You mean of know the song by Cher called "If I Could Turn Back Time", I truly wish I had that ability in this case. Our goal is to provide the best service possible, to ensure every guest feels cared for, valued and respected. Words I know mean very little compared to actions, but that is something that we pride...

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Beverly Terrace three weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. It is in a great neighborhood and the rooms are clean and well-appointed. The best part of our stay was the service -- impeccable! We were particularly impressed by the manager's efforts to assist us after we forgot several important items in...

This is my third time staying at Hotel Beverly Terrace, and each time it just gets better. Staff was able to get me in the room SUPER early, which was much appreciated since my flight had landed so early in the day. Yes, the rooms are small. No drawers in our room. AC takes awhile to cool off our afternoon sun-warmed room. However, everything was spotlessly clean and beds were all so comfy. Location, room, and staff were all excellent. However, a few things keeping this from being a four-star review. First, while the shower was spacious, the toilet was tight in a corner so, if you're tall like me, prepare to sit at an angle. Second, the air conditioner started dripping in the night, so we brought in the trashcan from the...

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighbourhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
