At the recommendation of my aunt and uncle, I made special plans to stop by this hotel while I was visiting the area to have a drink at the hotel bar. I planned my afternoon to include this visit which is why I was so disappointed when I had a bad experience. I chose the outdoor patio bar because it was a nice day and I wanted to enjoy a cocktail outside. Once I was seated I had the worst service and solo experience of any place I visited during my 11 day california road trip. I ordered a glass of wine which was nice but then it was ages before anyone came by to check whether I wanted another glass nor could I get anyones attention. Instead all attention seemed to be on the family that was seated next to me with small kids that the parents let run all around the area. It seemed they were preferred guests because they were obviously ordering more items than me as a solo person. It was not the vibe I was going for with kids running wild and to be so ignored. Finally when I had decided to pay and leave after sitting with no wine or water for a very long time, a different server asked if I wanted another glass. Not st that point. Hopefully this was a unique experience for me and not a regular thing as the hotel is very pretty.…

Great location, decoration, amenities, modernity, staff, customer care...over all a palace level hotel. We really enjoyed our stay for our 10th anniversarry and all the amazing attentions and care. We travel a lot and stay at some of the best properties around the world. The Maybourne Beverly Hills sets the standard. A-mazing service (even better than Aman, which is extraordinary). We live at at Residences at the Ritz Carlton where service is a hallmark, but this hotel is a notch above. If you want a wonderful sanctuary, with everything you could need on property (the Terrace is the most beautiful in Beverly Hills), best-in-class service and posh rooms, give this a try. You won't be disappointed.

Nicely appointed property with attentive staff and quality food. Overall an excellent place to stay due to location, amenities, and just an great overall vibe. Only downsides are minor. Cigar Bar charges a ridiculous $100 cover charge and the bathrooms still have ancient TVs over the tubs (but otherwise the bathrooms are very very nice).

From the moment we drove up to the day we left we had an incredible experience! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and exquisitely remodeled as the Maybourne. The best part was the way everyone made us feel, they were so very kind and helpful and made our stay extra special!

Excellent service at this lovely hotel. Incredible staff, terrific rooms and just a comfortable laid back atmosphere. It has been upgraded since its previous owner, but did keep some of the fun old Hollywood illustrations throughout the building. Every aspect of my stay was wonderful. It is in a perfect location, and is easy to walk to restaurants and shop, should you desire. I was there on business and requested very late maid service, and the staff was accommodating. In our Covid era, The Maybourne took extra care and was immaculate. Highly recommend.
