Extremely rude service in a coffe an at a reception. Ruined our fathers day for sure. As I sat and waited for my family was able to see two conflicts between customers and recepionist. Spa itself nice and cosy. Prices are low, but food a bit cold otherwise okay.

We visited with a small group of family and had booked 4 rooms over the phone. We got our room keys and headed upstairs in a lift, which stopped half way up, we couldn’t get it moving, nor open the door. Being a claustrophobic, I really panicked, we started ringing the bell but no one came straight away. We saw Maret, the receptionist, downstairs calmly serving other customers and just ignoring the bell. When she finally came to open the lift door with her keys, she snapped at us that only 2 people are allowed to use the lift at the same time. We must of missed the sign on the door but she did not tell us either before we entered it. When we got to our rooms, there were more unpleasant surprises. Two of the four rooms were without windows, one of them had a window looking over inside pool and only one room had a window to the outside. It was not mentioned when we booked the rooms and when I complained about it to the receptionist, she said there’s nothing she could do and she wasn’t very nice about it. Finally she rang the sales department and the lady there agreed to refund one person’s (there was 8 of us) breakfast (10 euros) for our inconvenience. Two weeks later, we are still waiting for that “refund”.…

The best way for staying and use medicin services is to hold room in sanatorium with very proffessional staff and lot of helth-restart procedurs. Food are very nice 3 time for day for everyone. Peacefull place on lake.

Our room was on the second floor above the spa area, we saw the spa from the room window. There are four saunas, spa area and big pool, we enjoyed the small prices in the water bar. I wasn't fascinated about the room and bathroom, also the dinner was horrible. Despite that our overall experience was really good and we had great night's sleep :)

I was disappointed. Hotel part is very old fashioned. Maybe I'm picky but food in this facility...was also from 1980. And there is no other way than to leave to the city which is some 3 km away. If you need internet then wifi works only near lobby. Pools and saunas are in another building, 7 minutes walk. Some few small saunas and pools were ok.

It was quite nice place. We went there in the leight evening aand there was a few people. There was area for the children and separated pool for sports. Couple of saunas and batths witk Värska water. But you havve to take your own touel, or rent it for 1 euro.

Nice and relatively clean pool area. Not too crowded by the time we visited. Seems the pool area is rather new or recently renovated. I expected something old but was rather suprised by fresh and modern facility. Staff was friendly and pool bar a nice surprise. Changing rooms were a bit of a dissappointment but like I said the place was not too crowded. We visited this water park just in the end of high season so less tourists but instead lot of local people were enjoying the pool too. The hotel room was with window facing the pool area. I recommend this place to families with children, for them the place is perfect.

There are 2 pools, mineral baths (nothing special) and 4 sauna: stream sauna, 2 Finnish sauna and infrared sauna. Swimming pool is OK, saunas are not in the high level....Very basic and the unexpectedly low level compared to other Estonian Spas. Rooms in Spa Water Paradise are in absolutely basic level, the room decor reminiscent of a willage hospital rather than the hotel. It need to be decorated better! The walls are horrible painted, the cupboard was broken. Windows of the rooms are predominantly in the direction of the indoor pool and is not gated, some of the rooms windows are missing at all.... The lunch and breakfast offered in the Sanatoium house - about 300m to go, but there is nice nature and parks and the lake :). Unfortunately the food wasn't testy. Värska is very nice and special place to go, but .... Price for the room in Water Center + lunch and breakfast and saunas + pools = average for Estonia.…

Nice waterpark with Lots of different things to do. Nice saunas , like steam sauna and regular Finnish sauna and few different mineral water hot tubs. Nice pools with different jets to get a nice massage.

I have booked and stayed in Junior Suite room. It was a nice room, but it needs a little refreshing. Had a balcony with the sea view. Overall very nice room. Breakfast was not good at all. Not much of a choice. SPA is also a bit modest. Sadly there are not much of a competition in this region, so the property is not very motivated to upgrade.
