I stayed there recently with my mother and husband and we were thoroughly impressed! We almost always stay at a Hampton Inn and Suites because we know the quality will always be the same no matter what location. Although the pictures online showed the decor to be a bit dated, we knew the service and cleanliness of the hotel would be top notch! When we arrived we were so surprised to see that the rooms looked nothing like they did on the website....in a GOOD way! Everything was brand new and very beautiful! Thank you again to the staff for being so accommodating and pleasant!
Tried & true Hampton Inn with excellent manager who cares about her property. Would definitely stay here again. Close to Outlet mall, close to I-10. Friendly staff. Appreciated the little things they all did to make our stay a pleasant one. Thank you!
My room was nice but the bed was like sleeping on concrete. I stayed 3 nights, never got more than an hour of sleep each night. AC cuts off then room would get too warm, temp only goes so low so couldn't get the temp to stay comfortable all night. Check the bottom of your feet and socks, carpets in my room were dirty. I took a shower, walked around the room while unpacking. When I went to get dressed and put a pair of clean socks on I noticed my feet were filthy. Also, when I arrived there was 1/4 roll of TP in the bathroom, no extra. I had to call and ask for more, really Hampton Inn? I was having a family reunion with my biological family for the 1st time and was more focused on that then stopping and talking to the Manager. Hamptom Inn needs to clean up especially with Covid 19.…
I truly appreciated the telephone call from Cynthia in advance of my departure from home on the day I was scheduled to stay here. She pointed out that I had accepted the pre-selected room on the website, but it did not fit my request to be non-smoking and face away from the noisy freeway, which I could not determine from the map provided. Since I needed a mobility room as well, she found me a room that fit all of my requests. This attention to the details on my Honors profile indicated to me a true concern for the guests' needs and preferences. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The staff was friendly. Running the air conditioner for 10 minutes took care of the musty odor in my room. I did not check out the pool or the fitness room. I would recommend this Hampton Inn.…
I called the police at 10:30 p.m. - someone was getting beat up in the room next to mine (police safely escorted that person out of the hotel). The young person at the front desk had told me earlier that evening (when I first alerted the hotel at approximately 8:00 p.m.) that when he calls the police they say there is nothing they can do but that I could call if I wished. I asked him to call a manager and he refused. I later called the police at 10:30P. A different clerk at the front desk when the police arrived told me that I had a trucker next door to me and sometimes they get truckers who get prostitutes and, again, "these things happen." I moved rooms but got ZERO sleep I was so upset and anxious. After check out, the hotel manager Cynthia F. became rude and combative. She first asked what I felt was fair. I stated that that the hotel should comp my room (it did) and give me points to be able to stay at a different property when I return (which I have to do because I got no sleep and could not accomplish all I had set out to accomplish on this trip). While she refused, corporate did give me the points so I can return and help my folks and stay somewhere else. After corporate had handled the matter, Cynthia F. apparently looked up my personal email and wrote me accusing me of continuing to pursue that matter (calling corporate) because I "had been told no." NO - I just wanted to able to stay on a hotel where the clerks don't tell me that they rent to Johns and prostitutes!…
