Pretty standard business style hotel with polite reception stuff, hotel bar and lobby areas. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice bed. The shower was great, which was a pleasant relief after a very long train journey. Internet was available in the common areas but not in the room.

The only negative comment I have is that the water pressure in the shower was low. Everything else - fanstastic. I get very frustrated with Mexican hotels charging Western prices, just because they can. Certainly can't put Hotel Fenix in this category - price for services was more than fair. In fact I've unwillingly had to pay a lot more...

The hotel Fenix is a modern hotel in the center of Los Mochis. The check-in was quick and the price (455 Pesos) was low for the quality of the hotel. The room was nicely decorated and quiet. The Restaurant had quick service in the morning and was open until 10:00 PM.

As I constantly travel for business to Los Mochis, I always try different hotels. This time I stayed at The Fenix Hotel. It is a very comfortable but unassuming hotel with a new restaurant (excellent value for money with delicious local cuisine) and state-of-the-art meeting rooms. Bedrooms have good size beds and clean bathrooms. Also I noticed a good wi-fi...

We stayed at this hotel for couple of night before heading off to the Copper Canyon on El Chepe. The staff were friendly and they have a cheap restaurant for breakfast plus a business centre with a couple of computers. Please note the bath towels are more like bathmats so ask for some extras

My first impression of this hotel was not great. We walked into reception and the desk clerk just continued her conversation with another member of staff even though we were stood there waiting for her attention. But so it goes. The room however was very nice. Modern with cable, a/c and a high pressue, hot as hell shower. The wi...

We were Los Mochis in February, 2007. We'd found a hotel recommended in Trip Advisor as being like "Old Havana." It seemed cheap at 400 Pesos, and so we stayed there going into Copper Canyon. It was "Old", and not all that charming. Coming back, it was full; so we went to a hotel across the street. Wonder of wonders,...
