It's a great location in the Trossachs. Colin and his wife Sheridan are wonderful hosts and couldn't do enough for us. Super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast service was a pleasure and the room a delight. Colin gave us a recommendation for dinner Mhor 84 in Balquidder which was really nice.

Stayed for just 1 night. In the short moment of chatting just after checking in, one could immediately discern that the host, Collin, was a sincere and a most reliable soul. Did not get the chance to meet Sheridan as we were quickly away, exploring the area and the few places recommended by Collin. For a night's stay, after a long day of travelling from the Lake District and exploring the area, Airlie House was the perfect B&B. Most notable was the bathroom. Sparkling clean and very roomy. Frankly, fit to sleep in, if one so chooses... The bath had a window overhead, offering a wonderful view of the night sky. A hot soak for the weary body and the celestial view- awesome. Definitely returning if the Trossachs calls again...

The weather was fantastic, the hosts Colin and Sheridan were lovely. They were always there if we needed any help on what to do and/or where to go. The B&B was lovely, set back from the road , had their own private driveway and made you feel like you were in the middle of nowhere. Our room was Earn, a lovely double bed with an ensuite that had a bath and a shower. There were lovely touches such as bath salts for running a bath and candles that could be lit if you wanted to relax in the bath. There were also lovely touches that women like me appreciate such as cotton wool balls and buds in the bathroom, hangers for clothes, and mirrors in the bedroom and bathroom. Lovely fresh towels (and more on request). And important point to note... it was clean and the linen and

This older, but charming B&B is a gem. Large comfortable ensuite rooms (ours had a large bathtub). The breakfast was great with homemade marmalade and rhubarb preserves. Be sure to try the homemade ice cream they sell. The host also went out of his way to drive us out to visit Rob Roy’s grave, a trip of about twenty miles and was an excellent tour guide.

Our Steel Band stayed at Airlie for the Strathyre Music Festival last weekend, and we had just the best time there. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, but never intrusive, and they were so accommodating to our needs, and those of our individual members of our party. Our rooms were luxurious, lovely and so comfortable, and I am in love with the big bath we had. Wonderful views from the rooms and the terraces at the front too. The breakfast was amazing, and the homegrown rhubarb was a big favourite along with the excellent homemade marmalade. Having an ice-cream parlour on site was a big bonus too! Really couldn't find any fault at all, really hope we are back very soon. Thank you so much for a brilliant weekend.
