We stayed for one night at the Glenbank. It's a lovely old house which has been adapted so our bedroom was much smaller than we thought it would be but bed was comfortable and the room overlooked the garden so it was pleasant enough.
The hotel had a general air of lack of upkeep. Having said that, our room was freshly painted, clean and perfectly comfortable. The adjoining bathroom was clean but the blinds were heavily stained and the bottom of the shower missing. The shower itself was some...More
Friendly welcome and helpful receptionist but the fabric of this hotel was well below our expectations. It looked run down from exterior and looked no better inside. Cramped double room and tiny en-suite.
