A superb location for touring around the Scottish Borders. A warm welcome from the owners and their lovely dog Lexi. Comfortable bedroom great grounds to stroll around and friendly staff. We enjoyed a good one night stay and would recommend this Manor House .

We needed a b and b in Jedburgh and found Hundalee on the net. It is a lovely peaceful location within walking distance of Jedburgh which we did both ways to go out for dinner. The owners were friendly and helpful and our room was pretty good with wifi too. We would happily return

A stunning house on a working farm with a very warm welcome from Shiela ,Peter and Lexi (the dog). The room was beautiful with gorgeous views over the fields where there are over 600 sheep and a resident peacock. The beds are very comfortable and all the furnishings of a high standard. You feel like landed gentry from the moment...

Good location and a fine old property, you feel just the right distance away from the road without having to drive to far to find it. This is part of a working farm, good for those who understand that this means a B+B attached to another business. Rooms are/remain "appropriate" to a building of this period. Sensible updates/upgrades to deliver...

Hi Robert, thank you for your review. We are sorry that you felt ripped off, when people book through booking.com we do not know if it is a double or single until they arrive, the reason you got charged a double room rate was because booking.com will not allow us to put a single rate in, if you had mentioned...

Beautiful old house set in its own grounds, off the beaten track (but not too far) near Jedburgh in the Scottish Borders. Very comfortable rooms, lovely dining room and amazing secluded gardens to roam. Excellent staff, very friendly and grand breakfast all included in the price which is incredibly low for what you get. (Lower than the cost of a...

A great welcome for both us and our dog. We were quickly made to feel at home by Sheila and Lexi who came out to meet us. Peter was working with the sheep so we met him a little later. Our grandchildren would have loved it here as it was lambing time. Thank you all for a wonderful relaxing couple...

We enjoyed a three night stay over the Easter weekend in this interesting and comfortable old manor house and working farm. Our first floor room was spacious and well-equipped, the breakfasts enjoyable and the location quiet and convenient for Jedburgh and the Scottish Borders.

Stayed here one night as we were travelling back up to Scotland from England. A lovely old stone house with lots of character and history. We were made welcome as soon as we entered the building on a cold January evening and shown to a beautiful room with a very comfortable four poster bed. There was lots of choice for...
