Gorgeous location, beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast and a perfect little pool and sauna. Just fantastic. I'd love to go again this summer! Food is stunning and such a clean room with a superb comfy bed. Boat tours at end of road and little shops open during day. Perfect for couples. We just loved it.

We stayed for two nights the weekend the hotel reopened following its post-flood refurbishment - and we couldn't have been more impressed. The staff were incredibly welcoming, hard-working and nothing was too much trouble. The interior design is stylish but cosy and the separate Beckside Bar and coffee shop area has been beautifully fitted out. We were on a DBB...

Nice bar and very stylish since the renovation from 2016 floods. The bar is well stocked with a fantastic choice of spirits (whiskey & gin selection caught my eye). We ordered a few bowls of chips with our drinks and they were nice. Only downside was there is only 1 high chair for babies. We came with 3 babies and...

Arrived to a smooth check in and headed straight up to our big, very clean and well equipped room. Hairdryer, TV, kettle and full brew making supplies. Free wifi and of course, stunning views. Bed was comfy and roon was warm. Large bathroom had a big bath with powerful shower, well needed after a muddy run. Ate in Beckside bar...

We stayed for 3 nights. Had room 32 which was a lovely lake view room. Apparently we were to stay on floor 3 rm11, but the lift was out of order & the gales had taken some of the chimney onto the roof! The room was comfy & warm. A little too warm for us, so we turned the main...

We have just returned from our 2 night stay at the hotel and we are looking forward to visiting it again. The hotel has been renovated after the floods and everything on the ground floor level is brand new and recreated to a very high standard. The setting is spectacular and together with the refreshed interior of the hotel they...

We booked into Glenridding on Sunday 18th December for three nights shortly after their re-opening. When you look at the damage that had been caused it is amazing how much they have accomplished in one year considering repairs, inducting new staff and the emotional and stressful toll Joe,Selina, family and staff have had to endure. Of course there are certain aspects...

Visited here yesterday with our three children and we felt very comfortable and relaxed. Beautifully refurbished after the floods. We all different meals and everyone enjoyed them but I particularly thought tge fish and chips were fab, extremely crispy batter and not oily at all, why do so many places get this fundamental part wrong?! Lovely friendly lads at the...

We stayed at this hotel for one night as we were going to a wedding at a nearby hotel. The room was a good size, the bed was really comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good and the staff couldn't have been anymore helpful and friendly. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Could not fault this...
