Superb! What a lovely way to spend Christmas away from home. Delightful hotel in lovely village and we were made to feel really welcome. The palacio Real and the Wine museum were unexpectedly open and a real bonus.

This parador is inside the city walls of this beautiful little place , Olite , you enter through an archway and the parador entrance is in the middle of the square. Your can park and unload luggage for 15 minutes or so and there is...More

We only did the included breakfast which was very good. Do lunch next door at Restaurante Merindad. And tour the castle next door the other way. Recommend ddding this to another great Parador experience.
