We are walking the Camino del Norte in Spain and this hotel had been Pre booked for us. We had a long day walking through the country so upon entering this lovely property we felt relieved. We received a very warm welcome and were shown our room which was very comfortable.the bathroom was more than suitable and the water plentiful...

Great value for money here. On the main road with parking right across the street. We had no problem finding the place, be careful not to park in the spaces that do not belong to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the place is filled with antiques. The restaurant and bar were open late, although we did not...

Stayed 4 nights and this hotel is in a great position to enjoy the town with ease. Friendly helpful staff were accommodating of all requests and I felt very welcome during my stay. Above average choice for breakfast in a basement breakfast room. Would stay again as the prices are very reasonable for this great little town.

Only stayed one night, very central for tourists, parking either opposite or there is masses of public parking down the adjacent street by the Tourist information. Room spacious and comfortable, nice food available, and the staff are great, the young lady on reception was exceptional, and the guys running the bar and waiting table were very pleasant too. Location good,...

Stayed for 3 nights after arriving in Santander on the ferry - Quick and easy route. Arriving at S del Mar bit chaotic on the parking. The hotel may advertise free parking but in reality you're lucky if you get a space, opposite the hotel in their allotted slots. Beware, there's a parking attendant that prowls the whole parking zone...

Hotel located in the center of Santillana Dl Mar. Service is attentive and correct however the hotel really needs some updating. Carpet in the rooms is extremely dirty ( please refer to the picture ). WIFI is available for free and works quite well. The parking spots are very limited and you have to park in a lot or in...

Lovely room, lovely people. Very reasonably priced and delicious dinner and breakfast, especially the strange looking Christmas pudding for breakfast which was awesomely delicious. Very good English spoken. Heavenly town.

This is the third we have stayed at this hotel and it is a pleasure to spend time there. The owner speaks great English and is extremely helpful, whatever your request. It is only 15 minutes from the Santander ferry and great for that stopover before going south of for a few days in the area, it also has free...

Great location. 30 mins from Santander port. Very nice, clean, big rooms and friendly people. A genuine Spanish hotel, full of antiques. Lots of areas to sit, take it easy and have a night cap. Good breakfast, lots to choose from, especially enjoyed the freshly cooked egg and bacon by the waiter. It can't be beaten for value for money....
