+ the courtyard setting of the hotel is beautiful, with gorgeous plants and comfy seats outside to relax, read, drink, chat + the reception staff were always friendly and helpful. They made reservations for us and booked a taxi to the airport + there is a lovely light, bright reading room with views of the sea and mountains + there's...

We stayed 4 nights over new year. The hotel is a beautiful building, a converted mansion with an internal courtyard with plenty of relaxed seating. We paid extra for a superior room which overlooked the main square, the room was spacious with two chairs perfect for taking in the views over the square. Breakfast buffet is very extensive with delicious...

This is a lovely hotel in every way, and the perfect spot for a quiet Christmas. In a beautiful old mansion, built round a charming interior courtyard, it offered a multiplicity of places to sit and relax - a gazebo at the top of the hotel, a gallery overlooking the courtyard or our own sun room looking over the main...

Located in a lovely historic building, overlooking a pretty pedestrianised square. Entrance is via the shop (a bit odd but not a problem). Large atmospheric room at a very reasonable rate. We stayed in 2 similar rooms over 7 nights. Both rooms had twin beds (we asked for a double, maybe they don't have true doubles?). Bed was ok, but...

I found this Hotel very old and creepy and lacking any soft furnishings. The courtyard I can imagine in the summer months would be lovely but when we visited it was not warm enough to sit out. The breakfasts I thought were not good so after having first breakfast did not bother again. Overall would not visit again.

This is a beautiful hotel. It feels loved. The staff all have personalities and work together as a team. Paloma is like someone you could have a coffee with. The town is just lovely and we were very relaxed here. We only booked 2 nights but wish we had stayed longer. There was plenty to do in the vicinity..

Historic building round central courtyard beautifully adapted as hotel. On central square, so may need to park a few hundred metres away. Very friendly welcome at check in. Superior room spacious with comfortable bed and adequate shower. Excellent breakfast buffet to eat on terrace (or inside if cool or wet). Good choice of restaurants for dinner nearby.

A beautifully restored old house right in the centre of Garachico with a central palm filled courtyard and lovely places to sit and relax in colonial style furniture. A high quality buffet breakfast is provided with fresh orange juice and filter coffee together with a good selection of delicious pastries, bread, cheese, fruit, cake etc. The only minor issue was...

Please understand my reluctance, this is quite simply a wonderful hotel, not part of a chain but a lovely, sympathetically restored hotel from a 400+ year old building. Spotlessly clean, excellent hard working and interested staff, this is a corner of heaven. Breakfast is delicious, hardly continental more comprehensive from the home baked cakes, ripe avocados, hams, cheeses and a...

We stayed here for two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and stayed in a mini suite which was, like all the hotel, stunning. The upgrade is really worth the extra few euros. There are various different rooms and areas to relax and on the roof a sauna and jacuzzi, which we used. The location is wonderful in a quiet...
