Is there an elevator?
No, there is no elevator. Our building is hystorical and that's why we wanted to keep all the original features, and building a lift would have destroyed many things.

"Higher floors facing the square are probably quieter (but best to keep windows closed and air-con on)."
"It's quiet if you get a garden-facing room. Probably noisy if you face the square."
"Studio room has an A/C unit so very welcome after days walking in the hot mountains!"
"We had a room overlooking the courtyard. Looking out onto the square could be noisy I imagine."
"Ask for a top floor room with a view of the square--beautiful view of the church and the mountains and we did not find it too noisy."
