We've been to monart several times but not since 2019. I'm disappointed that we had not returned sooner. The renovation of the rooms is tastefully done as is the changes since we were there last. The service is exceptional and it is excellent to see the Manager out front and centre with guests.

From the minute i drove in it was 5 star treatment. Bedrooms gorgeous, beds very comfy. Had dinner in the restaurant, the nicest beef I have ever tasted. The treatments were amazing. Staff were so nice and helpful. It was like a different world. Thanks monart we will be back.

I’ve just returned from my 4th visit to Monart for a two night stay. The food on previous occasions was amazing this time it was alright, nothing special. 2 of the foot spas were missing stoppers, leading to a continual backup of people waiting to use the facility. The TV’s still the same issue as on previous occasions, poor sound quality. The shower in the bedroom had some black mould in all corners. The staff were very courteous and helpful at all times. On Saturday night at approximately 2.30am we were awoke to the fire alarm going off, guests assembled outside of the hotel until 4am while the fire brigade did their job of putting out a fire in the kitchen. Well done to Shauna & Anthony who were the stars of the weekend, they coordinated with each other with cool heads whilst reassuring guests that everything was under control, providing footwear where needed for barefoot guests. To give credit where due Monart guests were giving a complimentary b/b as a gesture for inconvenience caused. It has great potential to be a 5 star resort offering an amazing experience but just lacking reinvestment.…

Such a fabulous weekend with my mum & sister...we were treated liked royalty the entire time! I got a full body massage from Andre in the Spa...he was so professional & the best massage I've ever had! We will definitely be back for another visit soon

This hotel is just pure indulgence & luxury. From the moment you enter Monart doors all your needs are taken care of you are truly spoilt. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, and you will be guaranteed a good night's sleep in an extremely comfortable super king bed. The spa facilities are a welcoming treat so relaxing, clean & peaceful with various steam rooms, saunas and infrared room to choose from, so if you do forget to book treatments there is still plenty to do. I booked a massage with Shauna she was superb thoroughly enjoyed my treatment only wish it could have been longer. I would also like to say a big thank you to all the staff for there professionalism and warmth they made our stay at the Monart a truly wonderful experience.

Very disappointing experience, should be 4* hotel at best. Stains in the bedroom, no tea/coffee in the room, only one bottle of water, no fridge. Spa was nice, good selection of therapies, although no hot tub or jacuzzi and gets quite busy and messy looking in the afternoons with robes, slippers & towels abandoned everywhere, some of the jets in the hydrotherapy pool were not working. Hair all over the walls in the changing room showers. I had the tension release back massage which again was okay - the rooms are not soundproof at all so most of the massage I was listening to people dropping items and rustling around in the room next to me - not very relaxing at all but massage itself was good. Dinner was nice in the fine dining restaurant- food was tasty. Servers knowledge of the food was not very good and the wrong food brought to our table, again just not a 5* experience. Breakfast was lovely but again the service was not as expected - spent half an hour attempting to get someone’s attention to no avail as the servers rushed around with their heads down in a not majorly busy breakfast room. All in all extremely disappointing. …

Dear 55laislingo, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay in Monart. Obviously it does not make for good reading and its very disappointing that you did not speak with any of us while here. WE do not have tea /coffee facilities in the room , because we feel that the service of fresh barista coffee or fresh brewed tea (leaves) is a far better experience than one can get from room machines or kettles. We stayed in Monart for 1 Night, 3 friends for a spa treat. Monart had came highly recommended so we were all looking forward to they stay. From the moment we arrived we could feel this place has a lovely relaxing vibe! We had lunch in the Garden Lounge while waiting for our room to be ready. Food was lovely and the cocktails were fab. We each had a massage booked for that afternoon, the treatments were lovely and the spa area is gorgeous. As the Rubgy match Ireland v New Zealand was not being shown in the hotel we had booked dinner in The Bailey Bar & Eatery. The lady on reception tried her best to get us a taxi but noting available! I also tried to organise an uber but to no avail. Mattay the Restaurant Manager came to our rescue and gave us a lift into Enniscorthy. He was fantastic, gave us numbers for a taxi for later on and even offered to pick us up if we were stranded. Thank you Mattay from the 3 Cavan ladies! The next morning we had breakfast, everything is cooked to order and was delicious. We had treatments booked for 11.30am so we checked out after breakfast, had our treatments which again were fantastic and then we could use the Hydrotherapy pool and the facilities until 2pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we all agreed we will be back, probably for a 2 night stay as 1 Night is not enough!! …

The perfect place to relax, disconnect and just to take some time out and be present! This was my second trip to the Monart this year and I can honestly say I didn’t think it could get any better and then it did! From the moment we checked into the Monart it is complete bliss and every single staff member from the front door, to reception, the spa and restaurants everyone is so lovely and honestly could not be any more helpful and nothing you ask is a bother. The rooms are gorgeous and the gardens are simply beautiful for a stroll around during the day. I couldn’t fault anything in this hotel! On this visit we were eating in the restaurant and Sean recognised us from our visit earlier in the year and chatted to us and checked in on us over our stay and was so helpful. I noticed during our stay how kind all of the staff members are and I witnessed them going above and beyond for all guests. This place is the most wonderful hidden gem and is well worth a visit!! …
