Have been here in the past and the food has always been good. Very poor food today, steak was full of gristle, badly cooked veg, even the chips weren’t good! Standards have really slipped hopefully it was just a bad day very rough looking crowd in the bar also.

Family visit at 4 in afternoon. Not very busy. Staff very efficient and friendly. Menu a bit pricey. Was not very hungry so I spotted a minute stake for €14 in under 12s section in menu. Not available to me because I was way over age. 🤔

As they have a single kitchen, I doubt if they can guarantee gluten-free for highly sensible people. At least I have not seen specific indications on their menu.

yes the bathrooms are in the rooms. this is a very nice irish hotel. in a very quiet area.

there is a set time when breakfast is served. a fully inclusive breakfast with cereals pastries and a hot breakfast all served buffet style with tea or coffee served by waiting staff.
