We arrived at this hotel on Holi, which is a national holiday. Reception did not show us a room before signing us in, however given it was Holi and a lot of hotels would have been busy, we didn't make an issue - I regret that decision. This is possible one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. It...

We were 5 friends we booked family room. And washroom was way too stinky, even after several complaints it remained stinky. Only the rooftop of restaurant is good. Else hotel manager/receptionist is cheater. He took us to get a Scoty on hire where he had his commission involved... we ended up paying higher then market price. And people in general...

Well what can I say, not much positively. It's got nothing going for it apart from the close proximity to the lake. In fact the mud huts that we visited near Udaipur had more going for it. The toilets were dirty and uncleared, the decor might have been done by a 7 year old or Stevie Wonder, the hot water...

It's a must to be place in Rajasthan during Holi. Huge number of Indian and foreign travellers makes the streets a different place. It's good in the evening to sit in the cafe. One can take an escape from busy schedule and get fully refreshed. Difficult to get a hotel room but shared dormitories are available starting from Rs. 400.

I'd rate this a 2.5 if I could -- I think it is acceptable IF you know what to expect and if this type of very low budget, very basic, not very clean hotel meets your needs. It was a good location and very inexpensive for a US tourist. We had a room with a private bathroom for about $15...

Pushkar Lake Palace is a very much average hotel. Two positive things are - View and Complimentary breakfast at the terrace cafe. I booked the hotel because I got good discount on the room. There was no hot water in the bathroom. Does not make sense if you don't have discount.

The location of the hotel is good, very close to to the lake and market street. The view from the hotel rooftop is also nice. However, the rooms are not well kept and they are dirty. The bedsheets were stained and the blanket was dirty but had no cover at all. The room was also really cold. There were two...

Visiting this lake was one of the best religious experiences in muy life. I was moved by the priest who bless us with beautiful mantras. The energy here is so powerful no matter your religion God is here to love us all

Unbelievably pathetic experience! Their so called deluxe room was nowhere close to even a standard room. Toilets were filthy with pee all over the pot. No hot water was available. TV and telephone were non functional. All four rooms that we looked at were equally horrible. Sleep outside but not in this hotel. Not going back ever!
