Im posting this comment again so more people can read it. Ive never written such s bad review before, but i felt it necessary to warn over travelers about this place. If youre looking for good vibes and a friendly spot, Goan Corner IS NOT IT. The staff is unwelcoming, but this is only a reflection of the owners who... More

I've never written a bad review but I felt it necessary to warn other travelers about this place. The staff is extremely unfriendly and the owners are outright rude. I was literally insulted for asking for wifi! Vibes were so bad that I decided to cut my stay short. Definitely stay away from Goan Corner if you're looking for peace... More

We stayed at Goan Corner for 4 nights and it was absolutely excellent. Pretty much loved everything about it! Here's some breakdowns: Price/Room: we paid 500 for a double room with a fan and private bathroom. An absolute bargain. We had a little hammock outside our door also. Very simple and basic but it's all you need. They also do... More

Basic rooms with bathroom with hammocks in front. Great place for climbers, hikers, yoga lovers. Very close to the rocks (Rhisimuk Plateau 10min walk). 15 min walk away from main street, located between the rice fields. Good food in the restaurant, lots.of veggie options. In general a place is good for all, couples, families, solo travellers as there is always... More

I've been several times to Hampi and this was by far the nicest place I have stayed in there. It's a middle-sized resort at the other side of the river in a secluded spot. It's walking distance from the main amenities, yet it's best to rent a bike to move around. It was low season so we were the only... More

Goan corner is not in the main street, what is good for those looking for silence and peace. For climbers, it's very close to rikshimun plateau (5 min walking to reach the boulders). The bungalows are simple and the food is good, but not special. Staff is nice. Prices are almost the same comparing to others places. Internet was not... More

Lovely atmosphere! Food was good but limited options for veg. However no power in the rooms, one day we didn't have water in the room either. The sheets/room weren't too clean either. Definitely overpriced for what we got.

I know you dont care about reviews but I am still giving you one Jack! Loved this place the moment I stepped in. Its perfectly on the edge or as they say the corner. The food is great esp Jack's stuffed chicken breast! The rooms were clean. The place is surrounded by just paddy fields and boulders and I love... More

It was a very good stay . The cottages were the basic one but will fulfill ur necessity. Natural morning alarm by the monkeys will make u feel different from our mobile alarm. Restaurant is very good specially the pasta with white sauce but a bit expensive. But that wont stop you from staying because of ambience, peace of mind and... More

Been to Hampi twice and even if I make it again, I ll definitely put up at Goan Corner. This place has its own charm. Located across the TungaBhadra river and surrounded by lush green paddy fields this is an ideal place for young travellers. The ambiance is excellent with comfortable seating, decent food and very warm hosts. I am... More
