Ended our Ugandan experience with 3 nights at Volcanoes Bwindi to include Gorilla trekking. A special thanks to Jocelyn and all the staff who really went the extra mile to ensure our stay (which included trekking on my wife's birthday) was a fantastic experience, the birthday cake and everyone singing 'happy birthday' was a special treat. We stayed in 'Bob'...

I rarely give a 5 star ranking, but this Lodge was a real gem. The highlight was the service, the staff are so friendly, and many call you by your name. The rooms were really nice, private, with a beautiful view. There is a massage included in the room rate, and an open bar which looked like it was self...

. Jocelyn is a terrific camp manager and made every possible effort to make our stay memorable. . The location of the lodge is next to the Bwindi Crafts center as well as an orphanage. Dear safaridoc Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback on the lodge. It’s very heartening for Jocelyne and the lodge staff to read your feedback, and useful for future guests to read your tips. This was our first time in Uganda, and we were celebrating our 10-year wedding anniversary. What a lovely and welcoming place to stay while we visited the gorillas! Josselynne and her staff were so warm and friendly, especially Joseph and Gad, that we felt immediately at home and so relaxed. Our Volcanoes Safari guide and driver, Moses, also took great...

Dear Wes and Gillian Many congratulations on your 10th wedding anniversary. We are delighted that you chose to celebrate with us at Bwindi Lodge! We stayed for a couple of nights as a base for gorilla tracking. Since we travelled with children below 15 years of age, who thus weren´t allowed to track the gorillas, it was very important for us to get a good feeling of the place. This since we had to leave lthe children for a day at the resort while...
