The owner is very helpful and will help arrange trips to wadi rum or other transport. Great view over wadi Musa. Bed was clean and comfortable. I recommend staying here flr Petra visit, which is about a 20 minute walk.

The hotel is 1km away from Petra's entrance, walking distance. If you are going to Wadi Rum then you can take a taxi since its really close to the Iraeli border, you can always look for someone who is traveling to the border or to Wadi Rum as well and split the bill (about 50 dinars). Sometimes the staff at the hotel can help you do so.
