Our group recently stayed at this hotel. It is a nice hotel but somewhat tired. The rooms were okay. Beds were comfortable. Carpets and bathrooms need some upgrading as they were used/ stained/ chipped/ frayed. WiFi was not too good either.

Panorama Hotel is very tired and rundown with poor food, appears to be understaffed and lacking in amenities. The night we arrived the hotel sign advertised P..orama Hotel, the malfunctioning sign was not a good omen. Finding your way around is very confusing with reception on floor 3. the restaurant on floor 2. You then have to descend to floor... More

The only good thing about this hotel was the view. It supposedly had a 4 star rating by the Jordanian Tourist Bureau but I am not sure how that ever happened. The room smelled and we did find ashtrays in the room so probably was smoke. The bathroom had tiny, thin bath towels. The food was inadequate in amount and... More

This hotel is an expensive cab ride away from Petra. It has worn, stained carpeting, malfunctioning air conditioning and mold/mildew in the bathroom. Very depressing. venue. Barely a one star. We checked out after 1 night even though the tour paid for 2 nights - it was that much of a downer.

I have stayed in Petra Panorama for several times. Every time I came to this place I always see the rocky mountain after breakfast at the dining room. This hotel has a warm hospitality. This hotel has good building. So you can choose this hotel to stay before or after you visit Petra.

Stayed with a group of women for 2 nights. Except for the view, nothing else is worth in this hotel. 1) Lousy food 2) Dirty toilets 3) Very complicated way of reaching rooms. We got lost each time! I would not recommend this hotel. There are many other nice ones in the city. The city is beautiful, staying in a... More

Views from the rooms and dining areas are spectacular. Rooms are good but not too clean. To get any hot water in the shower you give up any water pressure. Otherwise enjoy a cold shower. Staff are very helpful. Let down by the food. Make sure you are there early otherwise you miss out on having a selection. Breakfast is... More

Each room has an individual, although not private, terrace from which the view was spectacular. The room was comfortable, but like all the hotels we stayed in in Jordan, the shower was iffy and let out only a weak rivulet of water. Not fun after a long tiring trek through the ruins of Petra! There were hardly any toiletries in... More
