The source of the smell upon entry into the room was made clear while taking a shower: the drain was clogged. It remained clogged on the second day, though I alerted the front desk right away. Upon arrival the bathroom garbage can contained stuff from the previous guests. The television provided hundreds of channels, but only 2 in English and...

I had a room with a small window (70 à 80 cm). All the time rather dark in the room, also because the lighting equipment was very soft. Breakfast poor. Manager not very friendly. Bathroom and sleeping room unclean. I asked the manager to clean it, but after the cleaning the hair and the dirty spot next my bed were...

We stayed here for 2 nights with a group. Disappointing hotel in many ways. Has wi-fi that barely works. Has a rooftop restaurant that was never opened. When we asked about it they offered to open it for drinks but no food services. All of our rooms had a strong sewer smell. Several of our group found mold in the...

This hotel situated not very far from the entrance which is good for us after spending time all day walking in Petra. The Price is very reasonable relatively cheap including breakfast and diner. And the food were excellent. The staff were friendly. The room was not bad compare to the price but the toilet door was a nightmare because it...

This hotel has only one thing going for it. it's just a few minutes walk from the Visitor center (there are only a few hotels so close). Apart from this, this hotel was so mediocre. We were greeting by a smoke infested reception. We asked for a double room, we got 2 single beds joined. The bathroom was ridiculously small,...

I stayed here as part of a whistle stop tour of Jordan, travelling alone as a woman. The room was neat and tidy, and importantly clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. What more do I need? It isn't luxurious (my previous hotel was a large corporate on the Dead Sea)... but to be honest,...

Hotel is old and wifi connection is poor, but it's a decent one, clean, and staffs are friendly. Food during breakfast and dinner were okay. The only bad thing I could say about this hotel is the door knob, we had to forcefully close the door as the knob was stuck. It's a good place to stay for budget travelers.

Clean and comfortable hotel. It is about 5 minutes uphill walk from Petra to the hotel. There are a few restaurants outside the Petra visitor centre. The concierge is able to arrange for the bus to pick up at the hotel in the morning to Wadi Rum.
