The hotel was very helpful when we had to re-arrange our travel plans due to bad weather and the Corona virus outbreak, and gave us a very fair rate to accommodate our additional stay. Breakfast and complimentary drinks in the room were also a nice touch, very unexpected.

The lovely rooms in Town Season are beautifully maintained and the hotel in general is a lovely place to stay after time spent walking around ancient Petra. The restaurant serves local specialities and has a splendid view across Petra town. The management are extremely helpful - we were able to leave our baggage in reception on our final day of departure for collection later in the day. It's a fair walk to the ancient site - say around 15 minutes for someone who is fit - but the hotel provide free transport to the Visitor entrance and this is prompt and efficient.

A friend recommended the Town Season hotel to us and it didn’t disappoint! Exceptional staff, super clean rooms and comfy beds. The included breakfast was fantastic and had everything you need before a big day visiting the sites of Petra. Check in & check out were easy and the staff were happy to help us with transport and tips for our next location. They even offer complimentary tea in the lobby so you can chill out & relax after a long day. Just perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff here are amazing, very hospitable and welcoming they are ready to answer every question you have. the room was spotless and quite big. The beds are super comfortable which is exactly what you need after all the walking in Petra (which is walking distance from hotel) the shower has very good pressure aswell! the breakfast is massive and very delicious! perfect way to start your Petra adventures, with an amazing view of the mountains and Petra! we were actually excited that a storm came in so we could extend our stay and relax for the evening in the beautiful room!100% recommend!
