Location of the property, close to many restaurants (20 min by foot/5 minutes by car to Petra visitors center). Take into consideration that food price in Wadi Musa restaurants are very high due to the large number of tourists visiting Petra and staying overnight. In case you want to drink a beer note that there is a single bar in the town, located inside Petra Palace Hotel (a beer is 6 JOD/8 EUR).

First the good points, the location is excellent as it is close to shops and restaurants. However it is quite a walk to Petra entry if you are planning to walk. We had to walk and were not told about the complementary taxi ride to and from the entry. Only found out from some reviews here. The room was very basic and there was hardly any room to move. Also the bathroom was not good. We didn't shower as it would have been a challenge. Breakfast is not upto the mark and there is no water in the rooms. Was quite expensive for the experience but I guess they can charge what they do because every other hotel is expensive too near Petra

The staff at the desk and in the restaurant were super nice and helpful. The location is good and many dinning options are within a very short walking distance. The breakfast was good. The room was good and clean. Housekeeping was good. I was in the first floor and the window view was to the back of the building and the window did not close or lock properly so this annoyed me. Anyway am not there except to sleep so I don’t care for the view. The bathroom was small. The bathtub was partially covered with glass and the open space for entrance was right next to the toilet and so inconvenient. The water pressure was weak. My friends did not complain about the bathroom so I guess I was the unlucky one.
