Another great stay in Chalet Elena over Christmas 2016, after also enjoying Christmas 2015 here! Nothing was ever too much trouble for Matt and Teo, and they were always on time for pick-ups and drop off's, especially airport transfers, and even drove us to the top gondola when the queues at the bottom were large. The food was always delicious...

Myself and nine other friends had zero expectations arriving for a week's skiing in Bulgaria. We were more than pleasantly surprised!! The chalet was incredibly spacious and the living areas were lovely. Perfectly clean as well. Each night, our chalet host Fran cooked delicious food and the wine (which was free) was flowing throughout. Arriving back from the slopes, home...

Great stay over NY 2016. Chalet is awesome, great meals prepared, fridge is stacked with as much cheese/wine/beer as you can handle. Stunning cakes cooked daily, massive common room table tennis, darts and the Wii were all a big hit. Best of all was not having to wait in the ridiculously long queues at the bottom and only gondola up...

We have just come back from a week staying at Chalet Elena (4 adults and 4 kids). Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for Matt and Teo and anything we needed they were able to help and were just a phone call away if we wanted anything. They would drive us every day to the gondola station or if the...

A group of 13 people stayed at Chalet Isabella for a 1 week skiing holiday at the end of March 2016. We were provided transfers (within the price of the Chalet, by the company owner (Matt) and a second driver) from the airport to the Chalet. This took over 2.5 hours, but was due to a motorcycle event being held...

We are a family of 10 that booked a year ago with Matt and nothing is to much trouble. We have stayed in catered chalets before but this knocks spots off of the others. Rachel and Josh have been awsome. Everyday they have cooked us all a delicious 3 course meal other than their one day off(well deserved) again nothing...

Bansko chalet Obelus is a great place to go for your next snowy holiday. We were a group of 16 adults, all friends from university and this is our 3rd time booking with Bansko chalets. Special mention to Matt, Teo, Katia and Dimitrious who showed a whole lot of patience with us, and provided some fantastic meals and experiences. The...

Genuinely, it was a faultless stay. Ten of us (mixed adults aged 18-30) booked the whole of Chalet Isabella in early January. The transfer from Sofia airport was like clockwork. We literally walked out of baggage collection and were greeted by the legend Teo who loaded our bags into the minibus and trailer. A very genuine, polite and punctual chap...

Had an awesome week staying in Chalet Isabella. Matt made everything so easy - especially when trying to organise a big group (of girls). Food was really great, transport so easy, great recommendations for eating out and things to do, chalet was very warm and homely and mineral pools were so relaxing (definitely go if the option is given)! Chalet...
