It was clean and the room itself was fine. We were surprised to find the hotel had a 40 pound limit on dogs despite the fact this was not mentioned on the reservation page in the Hilton app. In addition they attempt to impose a $200 charge if the pet is left alone in the room which effectively limited our options. This is a hotel that feels they HAVE to welcome dogs but they clearly don’t want to. There were abandoned grocery carts on the fringe of the property. The phone in our room was broken and not replaced despite our request. Every person we saw behind the desk was more into their phone than customer service. We left as early as we could and did not have breakfast. There are other options in Little Rock, oh, and the hotel was offering extra Hilton points for positive reviews via taped up signs around the hotel along with taped signs to attend a gem show.…
As president of a State Society sometimes it can be a challenge to find as good of a venue and people who are as accommodating as the staff at this hotel. We intend to return next year due to the good accommodations, staff and stay.
Restaurant and bar on site. Professional and attentive staff. Close to shopping. Easy interstate and hwy access. Rooms are clean. The food is good. Bar is nice as well. Free parking. Walmart is across the street, which is convenient if you are traveling with children or pets. Pet friendly! There is also a mall about half a mile down the road, along with many other shops, ( TJ Maxx Ross Burlington Bed Bath and Beyond.) Many restaurants to choose from within a 5 minute drive.
Service and food certainly not up to Hilton Garden Inn standards. Understaffed, and unprofessional. None of them seemed to even care When we arrived they was a sign that the front desk staff was taking care of a customer issue. Waited about 5 mins for her to return.
If your looking to book, only note I really have is on the pool. We booked this room so our kids could swim with family while we took another to a concert, but we’re unable to due to the indoor pool room and pool itself being extremely cold. It was similar to the pool being outside, we asked if we could have the temperature of the room heated and we’re brushed off and said they would have someone do it. Never happened, kids were extremely upset as this was the sole reason we picked this hotel. We would’ve went elsewhere had we known.
Nice hotel but bug in room. The lady at the front desk was quite nice but the bug in the room was low key big and gross. I would stay there again just not in the same room of course. Just do t stay in the first floor.
Clean and comfortable rooms. Great location near restaurants and right across the street from Walmart. Very kind and attentive staff that was available and attentive. Next time in I’m in North Little Rock, I’d stay there again again!!!
Excellent service rooms are very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. My family and I love staying here the only thing that could make it perfect is if they gave everyone a free breakfast buffet.
Rooms were very clean. Pool was very dirty. Overall, it was a place I would return to but I would not swim there based on my last visit. No complimentary breakfast. Was a good place to relax and have fun with my sister.
Staff was great and the facility was clean and well kept. Good location in North Little Rock. Front desk was very helpful about informing me of benefits and amenities for my stay. Bed was comfortable and room layout was nice for getting some late night work completed.
