Where do I start. Let me begin by saying the owners were amazing from top to bottom with their friendliness, attention to detail and making sure our every need was met. Never had to ask for anything as they were on top of everything. The food at the restaurant was superbly prepared and the drinks were also refreshing. I can...

I knew of PJ's and it came highly recommended but I was very disappointed. There are some great aspects but also some things unacceptable. First the good stuff. The owners and staff are wonderful. Great hospitality. The restaurant food quality and presentation were both incredible. And the river view/setting is great too. Now the bad stuff. The room is ultra...

My wife and I were there for 6 days. Very beautiful setting. Relaxing and quiet. The owners are very attentive to every detail. The food is top notch - white linen tables with great steaks, salmon, quail, and chicken. Nice bar with a great bartender (Jimmy and Charlie both!). The river is wide and full of trout. We boated about...

We visited PJS for a light dinner after driving to the area for trout fishing. It did not sisappoint. I especially enjoyed my shrimp appetizer. We have been her before and this visit did not disappoint. Hubby would have liked to have a hamburger option.

We spent the weekend at this small family-run fishing lodge, and really enjoyed it. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the location was wonderful. We ate at the restaurant two of the nights we were there, and the food was great. The view was gorgeous, but they were closed on Sunday. If you will be there on a Sunday...

Wonderful 1st class service! Been coming w/family and now solo for over 25 years. Upgraded several years ago--yummy beds and amenities. Super friendly, a family enterprise! Cahill room #9 is my go-to deluxe nest. As a single, you are not treated as an oddity.

New owners Jimmie and Anne Green have done a wonderful job of transitioning from what was a perfect retreat and still is a perfect retreat. We just spent two nights with them, and there service and accommodations couldn't have been more wonderful. I was a bit concerned that since Julie was no longer heading up the kitchen, that the meals...

This is a very unique restaurant in that the owners are transplants to the Ozarks. They bring with them the flare and sofistication of a large city restaurant in a small cozy setting. Located on the banks of the ever flowing White River just south of Mountain Home, AR, PJ's Restaurant never ceases to amaze or please the diner's pallat....

Just returned from staying up there overnight. What a perfect and tranquil setting. The rooms are small but very very nicely appointed with all the conveniences you need. Now let's talk about dinner......Julie is right up there with the best chefs around. She would even impress Gordon Ramsay from Hell's Kitchen. She is not only nice and cordial, and bends...

My partner and I took our 3 young children to the area for a brief hiatus from our daily lives. We arrived around 6pm in absolute pouring rain. Our 3 & 4 year old girls were irate and our 8 month old son was not exactly pleasant himself. I was sure this would quickly become one of those horror trips...
