Sadly I'm useless with names but I do know that the owners in October 2014 only took over the place within the previous 18-24 months. I think if you read more reviews it mentions names of previous and current owners. I believe the earlier one was the musician, this one does not play but still has all the instruments around the house.
Wife is quiet but makes 'great' breakfast and I do not think they have changed the decor at all.. Both kind and helpful.
Only been there for the one visit but get the impression that music plays at the little park outside of the hotel most days of the year. It was really cold when we visited and they still turned up every day.
