We arrived in Ancud by bus and convinced a taxi driver to take us to the cottage we had arranged with Sandra. We headed south and found the turn off no problem. Then came the road in. It took some convincing to get the driver to take his Corolla down the "4X4 Only" road and about half way to the... More

Amazingly cozy with wood fire and nice kitchen we felt at home far away from home!!! We stayed inside for a whole day and just enjoyed ourselves! Best if you look for a quiet pace where you want to find peace!!! Britt, sandra and the kids are just adoreable!!! It is not top end accomodation, though, as it says in... More

The Tower is the coolest place I've ever stayed, hands down. Right on the beautiful Chiloe coast, it's the perfect place to get out of the city and reconnect with a slower pace of life. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing cooks. I left feeling not only relaxed and rejuvenated, but also like I'd been a part of the... More

Three Alaskan couples spent three days here in January 2013. We loved the place. There are several options for lodging on the property where the owners also live. The new beach house is lovely. The tower was quirky but still a great place to stay. We had the bottom floor apartment. Our friends stayed in the beach house in greater... More

As the previous reviews state the Tower is in a beautiful, peaceful location and run by very friendly people. The food delivered to the unit is excellent and prepared with fresh local ingredients. There are however some drawbacks that have not been mentioned. First of all, the location is remote so transport is essential. We arrived with a rental car... More

We stayed in The Tower for three nights in April and absolutely loved it. It was clean and warm and the location is very peaceful and beautiful. The beach is a very short walk away. The owners, Sandra and Britt were very friendly and gave us a lot of really interesting information and tips about the local area. Sandra is... More

Great food and wine was supplied and we booked up for the Kyack across the bay. We set of from the beech next to the Tower, a 2... More

Arrived in Chiloe with my partner exhausted after a long journey and greeted by a warm fire and a fruit basket at the Tower! A hidden gem off the beaten path, the Tower was the perfect place to rest our weary traveler’s feet. The Tower is surrounded by lush nature with a beach close by and some friendly animals roaming... Britt and Sandra's hospitality alone is worth the adventure to get there. From the private yoga studio on the water, to the pleasant farm animals, wonderful accommodations, excellent night's sleep, blueberries the size of your head, this place is really an oasis. We had a wonderful time there enjoying life in the best way possible, great company and great food.... More

My GFs and I stayed 2 nights here and had a fabulous time walking around the garden, meeting Pepe the sheep and poking around the beach. Britt and Sandra was so hospitable and made us feel right at home. They even rented their 4x4 to us to visit the penguin reserve! It was a great weekend with their family and... More
