Arriving on a Sunday is the best way to have nobody around. Staff is nice and really helpful. Wifi is free and all looks proper. Overlooking the bay gives views on a cruise ship or two per week and an old rusty shipwreck. Thats about it. So besides the adorable stray dogs you are really on your own here

It has beautiful view and nice rooms. We book a couple of tours with them and we had a great time. Laguna San Rafael is amazing and the tour guides gave the information in a fun and entertaining way. I recommend the Aiken park, it's really close to the hotel and it's really beautiful.

Excellent location, with a gorgeous view to the bay, nice rooms, excellent restaurant and bars. You even can take a drink with ice brought directly from the San Rafael Glacier. The staff is very friendly and you have also several tours alternatives.

We were on a tour from the Norwegian Sun and this was the place we stopped for lunch. What an amazing place with wonderful views and an excellent meal. We would recommend this as a place to stop but did not have to pay so cannot comment on the actual price, probably quite expensive.

This is the only big hotel in Puerto Chacabuco, which also organizes every day a trip with a big metal hulled catamaran to the San Rafael Glacier, which is absolutely worthwhile and are well catered during the day long, all inclusive trip. Our room was nice, although people running and talking loud in the corridors at night, kept us sometimes...

The best place in the region. Excellent attention, good food and comfortable rooms. The hotel also offers fantastic excursions. One that you should definitely not miss is the daily excursion to Laguna San Rafaél. Definitely recommendable.

In general it was a good experience. Hotel rooms were adequate, clean, and comfortable beds. Food was not consistent and sandwiches on tours were mostly bread. New Year's night's dinner and entertainment was excellent. Tour to San Rafael was great and enjoyed the long trip in the catamaran. Catedral de Marmol trip was great although we were expected to cram...

Although it is about a 90 minute drive from Balmaceda Airport to the hotel via Coyhaique, it has some lovely scenery to experience on the way. The point of staying at this hotel was because of the day trips offered from it to the San Rafael Glacier and the Capillas del Marmol (Marble Caves) as part of a package. The...

When we approached this hotel we were greeted by a temporary sign offering coffee and wi-fi for $10. Having travelled all around the world and never having been charged for wi-fi I regard this as blatant profiteering. There is little to do in this town and they are in danger of driving the cruise ship as away with their greed....
