I stayed here for 1 night before pandemic. I chose this hotel because its location was near airport and I must fly early morning that time. The room was simple but comfort and clean. And I like its swimming pool, although small but comfort for relax.

Process check-out takes more than 30 minutes?! What a service! There are 2 trainees in the receptionist who do not know what to do except waiting for their friends. It looks like they dont have standard Operation procedure. They donzt inform where is the lift, where is the dining room, etc, less hospital itu, less communicative, less responsive. The breakfast? You better buy outside the hotel. I have stayed in the 3 stars hotel for couples time, this is the worst.

This hotel is a low cost operation showing signs of wear and tear. However, the rooms are adequate and the hotel has a nice pool and a small exercise room. There appear to be few dining options in the area so it's fortunate there is a restaurant in house. Service is as one would expect from a budget hotel and the food is quite acceptable. This hotel is a very good option for travellers needing to be near the airport for early morning flights. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport.

We put one star on our first stay, saying that the location mad it okay, despite the price... but the second stay was beyond inacceptable. The room had clearly not been cleaned up : a MASSIVE POO was still in the toilet, with an unbearable smell as it had visibly been sitting there for hours ; the bed sheets were dirty, and there was a greasy smell on the pillow, which had obviously been flattened but not changed after the previous clients. It was too late to call for room service, so we slept with our clothes on and a towel on the pillows. No excuse and no commercial gesture was offered. The breakfast is ridiculous, not to mention the flies all over the bad pastries.

Very close to the airport this is an easy quick stop with everything you will need . They have good food and a massage service and the staff are friendly . Only 15 mins from the main town centre it is an easy option if your in Lombok for a short time !

Pore breakfast selection but maybe we came late that reason why very fast Internet Good service clean room polite stuff good lunch and dinner and the bartender nice man pick up by free shuttle to airport nice defenetly will be back

I arrived at this property because Lion Air cancelled a flight and put me up there. The reception staff had no idea what they were doing people everywhere. They finally gave me my room and it consisted of a small bedroom with two single beds and you had to crab around each side to get in. The bathroom was no better and when you had a shower the water went everywhere as it only had a half screen. I went down for dinner and that was another story, I am not a fussy eater but this was something else, I could not eat it. In the morning they gave me a wake up call that was supposed to be at 4-30 for a departure to the airport, but they made the phone call at 4-00am I thought maybe just maybe breakfast might be OK but surprise surprise there WAS NONE. I would have rather spent the night at the airport…

Very dirty room. Staff not professional, incluse their manager. The words hospitality and cordiality are strange to them. Food very low quality, they server as buffet the same food they prepare for the staff. They don’t care about the guests.

Waited over an hour for airport pick up, kept calling and they said he was just coming from hotel. Eventually I called to cancel when I was hung up on. Then booked dpraya instead at which point the driver turned up and called the manager who promised he would give a big discount. So stupidly I cancelled dpraya and went with him. Get to hotel and he knocks just 32,000 rp off price, about 8%. No offer of complimentary drink or meal to apologise either. Not sure if I was upgraded, room not great but reflects what should have been the price. Restaurant menu pretty limited for vegetarians.
