Me along with 11 of my friends went to this resort. Needless to say, if you are looking for an amazing time with great food and drinks, this is the spot!!! There was always something to do every night, a la cartes were delicious as well. Ismael, the bartender at the beach bar was amazing and the best bartender at the resort!!!! Great resort for young people looking to party and have a great time. Weather was perfect & staff was awesome. Will definitely be booking here from now on!

I loved the hotel. The staff was wonderful. Always smiling and helpful. Nice spacious room and bathroom. Two buffets one near the beach and the other near the lobby which we thought was great because if your at the beach you don't have to go all the way to the lobby buffet. Great pools, we preferred the pool that was quiet. The other pool had full of activites the our adult children enjoyed. We were 4 couples we went to the à la carte restarants which we enjoyed very much and the food was delicious. The nightly shows were good.We stayed 2 weeks and weren't disappointed at all. Loved it. A lot of the staff speak english which is great since I don't speak spanish. I should learn to talk spanish. Oh the beach chairs are wonderful. Very comfortable. The hotel is clean very clean!

This resort is beautiful. This is my 2nd time going there in the Royal Club.The beach is incredible. The people / staff are the best. The suite was great and clean. So many great restaurants. Plenty of bars with quick service. Lots of beach and pool chairs. Thenight club is very nice. they are wonderful. The pool is clean and refreshing. The beach is dragged in the early morning and is absolutely amazing. I like the shows, they have Pizza, Taqueria,and the Bar has a great bartender Yeison is a great nice, the best is open all night. I will 100% return to this resort.

Would come back to the resort again. Would change a few things, but nothing crazy that would make me not come back. Loved the access to the beach. Hated the people who constantly stop you and try to talk you into buying stuff or sitting thru a presentation.

Our 10th stay at this hotels was fantastic. We are not members but really enjoy returning to this resort, even after visiting other resorts. It is well suited for singles, couples, families or seniors. Since visiting we have met and have become friends with many people. There was a variety of ages when we visited from all different countries, which makes the vacation very entertaining. The resort is beautiful starting in the lobby, modern and clean. We have been in most the blocks and have been happy with all rooms- yes there have been minor issues but nothing too important. The service and people are friendly and do their best to assist. The food is good and there is a lot of variety. Sometimes at the buffet, food is not as hot as you may want. It's awesome when you have a great waitress like Erica assisting your table - there were many other great servers as well just can't remember all their names. The beach and pool areas are well kept. There are a lot of loungers, one frustration is when guests save the loungers and only return at end of day to retrieve their belongings Some drinks were watered down but when you get the right bartender like Diego or Jesus at the theater bar or disco or Santo at the swim-up pool bar, they are always great. We were not bothered by the vendors on the beach. They are friendly and we find it enjoyable to get to know them, about their lives and families. The nightly entertainment is enjoyable although because of our many visits are repeats for us, but still we try to make the best of it. The disco is fun especially when there are groups of people to watch and like I said earlier when Diego and Jesus are there. Mosimo the security guard is also someone we look forward to seeing, he was so happy to see us back this year. The Pizza place which is open till 6am makes a delicious pizza, Tavares and Robert make an awesome late night pizza snack for us each time. Last but not least the entertainment team that consists of LeBron, Carina, Beba, Gordy, Miguel, Mariposa, Rosaura this year were great at keeping activities at the beach and around the pool exciting. As well during the nightly lobby and theatre live band with singers, entertainment/dancing, there energy is amazing. It is obvious to see how much they want for everyone to have fun! We look forward to next year's visit and so sorry about the havoc the Covid-19 is causing for the whole of the DR tourist industrsy. See you next year!😘…
